I just reasently finished this book and I loved it so much! Has anyone else read this!? It was so interesting and sad.

This book is writen in a journal type form of a 16-year-old girl named Miranda. She is just a normal teenager and trying to live a normal life when something big happens. A meteor hits the moon and pushes it into a closer orbit around the earth. This causes a lot of earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions and tsunamis and weather changes all over the world. Oil goes up to $20 dolloars a gallon and Miranda and her family are trying to survive.

By the end of the book I was sobbing. Miranda's family is starving to death... but I promise it has the greatest ending... EVER!

If you haven't read this, you should.

I just finished that book a couple months ago! It really made me think. Especially the part about Hawaii being completely washed away (since I live in Hawaii o_O). I remember crying at some parts and how she gave herself up at the end to die. I did like it. Did you know the author wrote another book that's the same story only told from the point of view of a boy in New York! That would be cool to read too.
