I usually read about a book a day. Although sometimes when it's a really good book, I read it in about a half and hour.

The fastest I've ever read was Twilight, in about
5 or 6 hours. I got so absorbed that I was oblivious to the things that went on
around me. xD

I read really fast, But the fastest would probably be around 2 hours.
My mom and I went to Barnes&Noble, and then to the store, [I stayed in the car]
And I finished one of my new books before we got home.

Also, when I read the first Cirque Du Freak book, I finished it the night I got it.

I've Read the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy thrice in a day and a half. That book happens to be two inches thick. I'm 13 and an amazingly fast reader. I think people who don't read are pathetic and miss out on half the world.

Well, it's not the quickest I've read a novel, but in my opinion it's the most impressive....

I read the 7th Harry Potter book in FOUR HOURS!!!!!

Then of course I read it again, but that is my one claim to fame. Hahaha

I read all of the Harry Potter books that came after Goblet of Fire in under four days. Granted, I only took breaks for food, drink, and sleep, and I had a lot of free time on my hands. XD I always do.

Ehhh, I only know a few titles of books that I have a somewhat correct time read would be the last Harry Potter book. It took me about 7 hours to read with some breaks here and there. My dad got mad at me for reading it so fast, after freaking out about getting it the day it came out.

The other book was, Bluestar's Prophecy, which took me about 6 hours to read.

The fastest I've read a book was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
I've read that in about a day and a half. There was sleep in between.
I just remembered that after I got the book, I stayed up till four in the morning reading, and then went to bed. After I got up in the next day, I opened it again and read.

I can read a 300 page book in a day. The longest book I ever read was 800 pages and I read that in two days so I am a very fast reader.

A really good book? Well, obviously it depends on the length of the book, and my schedule, and whether people interrupt me or not... I got the Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix for my birthday the year it came out, and started reading it almost instantly. They had to literally pry the book out of my hands so I could eat dinner, but even so, I still managed to be done with it by the wee hours of the next morning. I'm guessing it took about... 7-10 hours for me to read it, haha. Small chapter books usually don't more than a few hours steady reading for me, if it's really good.

I read "The Dirt Eaters" in one evening. I had missed a project in Language Arts in grade nine and asked my teacher if I could do anything for more marks. He said I could do a book report and after I agreed he said it was due the next day. So not only did I read the book in only a few hours, I also completed a full book report for the following day, and slept a full 8 hours :) I was proud of myself. But the funny thing is, the next day, the jerk never accepted it, said he wasn't serious.

The fastest I have ever read a book was 4 hours, it was a Vampire Kisses book it was short, but I kept stopping because my eyes hurt. I had started reading at 3 in the morning and finished it at about 7am. It was worth it. xD

I read very fast, so I almost always finish novels within a day or so, provided I have to start and stop. Even the big harry potter ones only took me about 5 hours, nonstop.
