I'll be sure to watch out, though my girlfriend likes stories about vampires.

do you mean Karen Chance? Because she is very good so is Laurell Hamilton, but i have to say, although the lynsay sands books are good i have read books that are far more entertaining and well... have more vampire romance, whose authors rock your socks with how good their books are.
Authors like Christine Feehan, Kresley Cole and Sherrilyn Kenyon. Sands is good and can be funny in parts but these other authors just have more.

P.S- I do not hate or even dislike Lynsay it's just that compared to what else i have read, her stories fade away into the Never-going-to-remember-her-stories place

I've heard good things about Lindsay Sands. I just haven't gotten to read any by her yet. Is there anyone that is willing to describe what the plot is? There's just something about the back of the books that I've found that make them interesting but never quite enough to make me want to buy it/read it right then and there.

Kresley Cole is good i have all her books. If you mean what other authers that are good i could write tons like robin d owens or p.c cast and patrica Briggs and so on. The other other i mentioned in my last post have some books that are of the same type. Sands also does romance books but i have heard any of that methioned here. As a whole she is a good writer but not one of my favorites.

Yeah here's the synopsis

While on vacation in Mexico with her friend Mabel, 57 year old Elvi Black wakes up to find herself suddenly looking 25 again and craving blood. Mabel realizes Elvi has become a vampire but isn't willing to give up a lifelong friendship over a little thing like that. She helps her get home and then informs their small town of what has happened and gets everyone on board to help Elvi with her little "issue." With no other source to tell them how to do that, they base their "help" on movies and books like Dracula.

Things go along well enough after that until Mabel decides Elvi needs a mate, a vampire like herself to share the future with. And how do you find a vampire mate for a friend? They put an ad in the personal columns of the newspaper in the city. Unfortunately, the ad draws the wrath of the immortal council and Victor Argeneau is sent to Elvi's small town to hunt her down and bring her in for judgment. Things get a bit complicated when Victor arrives to find Elvi is his lifemate and that he wasn't the only one to answer the ad. This is then compounded by the fact that someone is trying to end Elvi's immortal life early.

Victor has to catch the would-be killer and figure out how to appease the council, all while dealing with the town full of protective friends as well as the other suitors for Elvi's hand. Things get a little interesting for Elvi and Victor

I love Sands! Her books are hilarious! I'm so happy how many people have read the same authors as me on this site. 'Argeneau' and 'Rogue Hunter' series make me so happy. I love Lucian and Marguerite! Best Vampires Ever!

I just finished reading one of her (Lynsay's) books yesterday but it wasn't of the vampire novels. She's pretty good though. Can't wait to read more!
