More Evil BM Villain
 

Which villain from the Batman franchise was the more evil? Here is my listing:
Scarecrow- saw people in general as "guinea pigs" for his fear toxins or toxins that took their fear away. This was quite ironic, given that he too could succumb to his own gases.
Ras Al Ghul- is leader of an assassin horde/organization. He has a double standard concerning the world: he wants to save it, but has absolutely no problem killing as many people he sees fit. His obsession with immortality also caused him to transfer his "soul" (or rather his mind) into the body of his daughter.
Joker- no doubt is number one on everyone's list for the most evil Batman villain. The reasons are too numerous to list.
Tell me what you think.

To me the Scarcrow was much more scary, then anyone else. He didn't care about people at all, like the nazi scientists. That was just creepy.

Scarecrow. I don't think Joker doing evil things and bad things makes him most evil. He kills people, however, there are things worse than Death, and that's what the Scarecrow gives.

Scarecrow gives fear, fear is worse than kill. Joker is chaos, they're totally different breeds of evil. :') But Scarecrow's acts are far worse to me.

Scarecrow artificially induces fear sure, but people are genuinely afraid of Joker.

Besides, as one of the only people in the universe who actually likes Jason, I'm kind of disposed to hate Joker. And nothing Scarecrow will ever do can top, in terms of sheer evil and being just sick, what Joker did to Barbara.

I would have to say Joker, sure Scarecrow is pretty crazy but Joker has done much more crazier and creepier things. I'm sorry but that gas that he uses to put a smile on their face is just plain creepy, sure scarecrow can use other gases that are pretty poisonous but forcing a smile on their faces is pretty cruel. D:

And its a death smile. Don't forget that. SmileX puts a permanent smile on their face because among other things it causes instant rigor mortis in the face.
