ok, I keep seeing this girl's cosplay and I have no idea where she's from. (anime or just fanart? IDK)
so, I can't find a picture of her so I'll have to describe from what I remember.

This girl has long light blue hair in pigtails. She has a microphone around her mouth and I think her shirt and skirt are blue and grey.....and maybe some black....she might have been wearing long blue socks.

so if you know her, please tell me what she is from!

OH MY! I think I know who you're talking about! And her hair is more aqua than blue, but anyway. If we are thinking of the same person than she is from an anime, but what it's called I have no idea... hope that helped... a little. :s

YEP thats her, thankies! but i'm still confused....she is from an anime right?

Miku isn't from an anime. In Japan there is a voice program thing, and that's what she's from. Though if you go to something like YouTube and type in "Hatsune Miku", you'll get lots of videos that people have done, and some of them can seem kind of anime.
There are also other Vocaloids, so if you like Miku, I would check some of the others out. =3
Or you could always just go to Wiki since that would help explain her a bit better than I can.
There is a PSP game however that came out in Japan called "Project Diva" that is centered around her.

Yeah, there's a couple of Vocaloid characters - it's an interesting thing to look up. I too had seen Miku everywhere and I was like - who is she and what anime is she from? And then I found out it was a software program.

You should check out some of the Vocaloid videos on Youtube. Might not dig the computer generated voice but a lot of the videos (which are all fan made) are really good. My two favorite vocaloid characters have to be the twins, Len and Rin though :3

And Miku is getting or already has a manga out in Japan and it wouldn't surprise me if it got translated given the popularity of Vocaloids.

well, I finally looked it up and all I could say was "man................that was weird" definetly not something I thought of when I saw her cosplayers XDD

yeah one of ther songs is called 'Alice Human Sacrifice'. my friends and i cosplyed as vocaloid from it once.
