Sasuke's stuck in the sort of storyline where the only believable ending is death (possible after a change of heart), but then again, he is Kishimoto's favourite.
Everything Sakura does now gets on my nerves. Everything. I wish she weren't one of the main characters >_<
Haha, my face was in a great big 'WTF?' expression at that chapter where Sakura said she loved Naruto. It was just so randomly unexpected (in a bad way) that I could only stare.
And then Sakura went and couldn't kill Sasuke after drugging all her comrades and all the dramatic pretending that she wanted to join him, but instead endangering herself and having to wait for Kakashi to go clean up after her.
I'm guessing this is in the manga, not the anime, because it's the first I've heard of it?
I just don't like the fact that one moment Sakura is pounding Naruto into the dirt, and the next she's clinging to him and crying. What kind of a relationship is that?
@Fading Existence: I had the same expression, I couldn't believe what she was telling Naruto. & it was very sad(in a pathetic way) that after all that big talk she couldn't bring herself to kill Sasuke when he was ready to kill her.
@Roze: yea it's in the manga. & that is the dumbest relationship ever, but then again Naruto & Sakura aren't to bright. I'm starting to think Sakura & Sasuke should die together...
@ Roze: Yeah, it's in the manga. I'm unfamiliar with the anime as I rarely ever watch those. Too many fillers...
@ Nekozawa: I still don't understand why she had to go and lie to Naruto that she loved him. It's probably a relationship thing which I don't get or I forgot some detail that happened during those chapters, but what does telling Naruto that she loved him have anything to do with stopping Sasuke? :S
I don't get it either, but it does totally match Sakuras messed up personality so I'm not entirely surprised, but you're rite it has nothing to do with Sasuke so there was no need at all to lie about her loving Naruto, she could have made up a lie about Sasuke cuz then it at least had to do with the actual topic, but no Sakura only thinks about herself never the people she is really hurting, I mean hello Sai had just told her she's doing stuff that hurts Naruto & everyone around her, but what does she do she goes & hurts Naruto AGAIN.
She should listen to Sai! :evil:

But yeah. Sakura kind of needs to fade into the background a bit IMO. She's all wring for Naruto, but I've been a NaruHina fan since day one.
The manga is way far ahead of the anime, so I won't give out any spoilers (though I am really uber pissed at recent chapters).
Let's just say the case for NaruHina is growing stronger the more time passes, especially after we get to know Naruto's mum a bit better.

Yeah. It'll probably end up being something like NaruHina later on. Especially now that Hinata had finally told Naruto her true feelings while Sakura is still going around being her selfish self and lying.

Madara & Sakura are like the 2 characters that piss me off, well & Sasuke.
I love his honesty, I think thats what attracted me to his character, otherwise I would have been like "who's this dude & what's his issue?" But i think he's awesome now.^^ of course no one for me is greater than Gaara.
I'm waiting impatiently for Gaara to reappear in the anime. It's been over 150 episodes!!!

I didn't like Sai at first either, but after the incident with him calling Sakura ugly and then Ino beautiful had me laughing my guts out, he grew on me. I love the part where he was all, "Ah, it's me and Sasuke." calmly when Konohamaru henged himself into the yaoi pair technique :rofl:

I loved the part where Sai called Ino beautiful! I kinda feel sorry for him after Sakura's reaction though...
At least Hidan isn't dead. He just needs to be dug up and have some medic nin put his body parts back together. It could happen!!
The last episode I watched of the anime was when the brought Gaara back to life, so it's been quite awhile since I've seen Gaara in the anime. He shows up much more in the manga, but I kinda forgot which chapter i'm on...
Well that part where he's brought back to life was the last time he was seen in the anime. He was last seen episode 32 of Shippuuden, and we're now on 178 >_<
Yeah... I suppose that I should actually read the manga rather than complain about the fillers and Gaara not appearing, but I just can't make sense of shounen manga. I can never keep up in fight scenes, and hardly ever know what's going on >_<
When I was younger i was a bit of a tom-boy so all I ever read was shounen manga so that mite be why i can read it better than watching it, as i get older tho i'm starting to read more shoujo manga.
