Oh really? I love participating in the event threads - they're so much more active than normal threads - which normally is good but hard on mobile lol I wish there were more events though - like a Cosplay show like they do in real cons! :3

Oh! Side note! I totally forgot about this website called MyDramaList - it's a spin on MyAnimeList but for Dramas and Movies instead of Anime and Manga - surprisingly I even remembered my login for the account lol! I had totally forgotten about this show called Absolute Boyfriend I was watching - when I saw it I instantly remembered it because it was wicked good - downfall is now I'll be on a drama kick because I also discovered a new remake of Hana Kimi and I found a few other dramas that I didn't know existed either lmao I have a serious problem on my hands now because I'm an organizational freak and love lists - so this has completely got me on and drama kick because I can keep updated with the list!! -clings- Please save me from myself.... xD; I also just realized I've watched 14 hours of Mischievous Kiss already since the episodes are roughly an hour a piece and I'm finishing episode 14..... o.o; |

Mind you the 14 hours has been over the last couple of days but still lol the time hits you more when your episode count represents hours! With anime it's not the case so it's easy to overlook the time frame lol Or at least that's my logic and I'm sticking to it! :P

I am currently watching whatever looks interesting on Crunchyroll...Haven't found anything that really caught my interest. The last anime I watched that I liked was Parasyte The Maxim

that was a pretty good anime. You MIGHT like Tokyo Ghoul and it's second season if you liked Parasyte the Maxim, though Tokyo Ghoul can get a little on the gory side at times.

I'm switching to Hulu mobile at the moment - I can watch Junjo Romantica Seaosn 1 on my phone but not on my Roku. How this works I have no idea, but sure! So I'm watching that so I can watch Seasons 2 & 3 on my Roku. :3

with Tokyo Ghoul, you really feel bad for the main character because he's turned into a Ghoul (technically a half-ghoul) and tries to keep his humanity. It's similar to Parasyte so if you like one, you should like the other. Parasyte is a little bit more action based than Tokyo Ghoul (at least in the first season) but the second season quickly picks up.

Oh definitely check it out - it's so good!! I absolutely adored it - kinda wish I didn't end so soon, but it told all it needed to tell so I was beyond happy - I just hate when anime ends in general lol! You get so invested in the story and characters!! I'm actually watching it right now on Crunchyroll since I finished seasons 1 & 2 of Junjou Romantica as well as the first episode of season 3 (the only one that's avail be right now ;_;) and I'm not having any problems with it - I think it's only available to members right now though since it just aired - still obsessed with this opening song too lol <3 |

I'm falling behind in this conversation! But I actually saw a few episodes of Tokyo Ghoul. I liked it from what I saw of it, though I think I spoiled part of it for myself and that might be why I stopped watching it. I might go back to it now though. I actually like Cowboy Bebop, it was one of the few shows that made me cry. I saw that they had the series at Walmart a while ago and ended up buying it and rewatching it. Has anyone watched Higurashi? It is another darker anime but it handles it's highs and lows very well (or I think so).
And I haven't replied in the other threads yet lol, I guess that is what I'll be doing in a moment :) |

It sounded familiar so I checked MyAnimeList and I haven't actually seen it yet but it's on my list! Is it similar in content style to 11 Eyes by any chance do you know? That anime was soooooo good and I wouldn't mind branching out in that genre a bit more. Wasn't my normal genre but I honestly adored it! Had SUCH a good plot! <3 |
