OK these two animes are like, completely too different to really compare to each other xD;;;

But after saying that I'd have to say Fruit Bskets. It's cute and funny and doesn't stretch a quick conversation or play or ANYTHING into like 50+chapters/episodes TwT;;;

Still fruits basket fer serious :D

This is kind of an odd "vs". :lol: I have to say Fruits Basket though, I'm not a big fan of Naruto.

Fruits Basket is terrible.
Let me explain why:

First off, you have your Mary-Sue who somehow tries to keep a cheery facade after her own mother dies, which in reality, no one would be able to pretend to be happy after that happens. She's the only one who can break the curse.
Then you have the tyrannical head of the family who LO AND BEHOLD turns out to be a woman with mental issues and is shagging the Year of the Rooster WHO ALSO HAS MENTAL ISSUES.

Everyone has mental issues in that dumb series. NO ONE IS FUCKING NORMAL.
And of course, they're incredibly shallow and two-dimensional. Seriously? The "complex emotional" character is always the shallow one. No exceptions.
Through the giant plotholes, unexplained events, poorly planned characters, poorly planned story and really bad pairings, Fruits Basket's name is PERFECT for it.
Because everyone in that series is a fruit basket. And so is the creator.

Naruto is no better, but no worse either. I preferred the manga, because AT LEAST they 86'd the fillers. But my biggest problem is the amount of emo characters. Sasuke had the potential to be a complete badass if he wasn't so emo. And all the good characters? They die. Haku? Dead. And he was my favorite.

I really don't think Naruto and Fruits basket should ever be compared with each other. Though in my opinion they're both amazing stories.

But I'd say Naruto FOREVER, even though the series does seem to be dragging out a bit too long now. But I loved Fruits

And I have to agree with Marionetta on Fruits Basket. Why I kept reading was quite a wonder.
