Sailor moon is Awesome! Tell me what you :love: most about the series! :eager:

When I was little I used to have a major crush on Tuxedo Mask.... Now that I'm older I much prefer the manga over the anime, and if I watch the anime I watch it in Japanese.... But the movies I'll still watch in English simply because they were a huge part of my childhood. I loved Helios and Chibiusa- they were so adorable together.

Actually though, something many people don't actually know is that Sailor Venus was supposed to be the main character of the series. There is a Sailor V manga that ran alongside the Sailor moon Series for about two volumes before it stopped- that's why throughout Sailor Moon there's Sailor V posters everywhere and Sailor V is so popular- it's because she was the original. What happened was that the editors asked the artist to put more characters into the series, and so came the multiple sailor senshi and Sailor Moon as the new main character- it's also why Usagi and Minako are so very alike personality wise.

I love Sailor Venus (especially as Sailor V!) and my favorite pairing is Chibiusa/Hotaru. I like the manga better than the anime, and the live-action better than the manga. I'm not a big fan of the musicals, though. :C

I can't wait for the series to come out again!

I watched a bit of the live action. It's cute, but I'm more of a stickler for the traditional stuff! XD

I haven't unfortunately gotten around the watching the whole like 200 episodes, but I've seen about half of it. My favourite part of the half that I did see was definitely Usagi and Mamoru's relationship and the fact that they have this huge past life together. I thought that whole story line was really beautiful.

My friend is obsessed with Sailor Moon. I've watched the first three series before I couldn't take it anymore... heh. It's too long.

Ghost, I kind of agree with you.
It from what I know, which isn't everything, about the last half of Sailor Moon it just seems like it got too complicated.
The whole thing with the Wicked Sisters really got me confused

Yeah, the part in the second series with the two aliens and the tree is just filler, the second part with Chibi Usa was great and the third season with the search for the talismans and the introduction of the rest of the Sailor Senshi was good but after that I was like, do I really need to know anything more about this world???

So I dropped watching it after a few episodes into the fourth season with the circus people because the answer was ultimately, no.

I love Sailor Moon. I am a big Neptune-fan

LOVE what I saw of it, only got to see dubbed up until Neptune/Uranus showed up, didn't get to see Saturn, tho in the games and other spoilers I saw, would love to get the rest of the story!

Yeah, I got the junky renamed series on Cartoon Network, tho I still loved it, tempted to snag the box set tho unsure of it being a sub (hate those, sorries) or a dub, does NOT say on it, at least in English.

Japanese is the only other language I'd like to learn, both read and comprehend...really have no need to speak it, as I'd prolly end up accidentally insulting someone and they'd leave me half-dead in an alley somewhere...wouldn't mind if they finished what they started, it's the half part that scares me...

ANYways, if there is a site where we can watch them (without paying a fee more than the box set), or if there's a list of eps OR, if there's transcripts of eps (english, please) I would be very happy!

And my crushes were Mars and Mercury...Mars for that hair, and Mercury for her mind...
