I just got issues 1-10 for my birthday ;D
But not issue 11, which would make me sad if I wasn't so distracted by issues 1-10. Fiends In High Places (Released February 1995) Always Darkest Before Dawn (Released March 1995) Rude Awakening (Released April 1995) Blood From A Stone (Released May 1995) Venus In Stone (Released June 1995) Venus Rising (Released July 1995) The Pack Attacks (Released August 1995) Terror In Times Square (Released September 1995) The Egg And I (Released October 1995) Out of the Past (Released November 1995) Into the Future (Released December 1995) I love these comics, I love the storyline and the character development and all the thought that was put into it! True, I became a fan of the series thanks to the 90's Disney Cartoon, but once I actually started reading the comics I really like them. The cartoon was great for all ages, but the comics are actually very dark- in fact we see Elisa go undercover as a prostitute to catch a serial killer. Pretty epic if you ask me. I admit, the artwork could be better, but considering it was published in the early 90's, it was pretty good. Issue nine, 'The Egg and I' is my favourite issue, just because it focuses heavily on Demona, my favourite character and one of the best villains that the world of fiction has to offer. I have a feeling this thread won't gain much attention, but for those of you who have read the comics, what did you think? |
