Hmm, I agree, but at the moment the anime/manga I am addicted to is Ao no Excocist (The Blue Excorcist). The characters are hilarious, the storyline is intrugueing, and my favourite character is a hopeless lunatic, which is also kind of creepy. O_o...
BUT... my friend is trying to get me onto another anime, Fairy Tail, that is also kinda funny but I love my Blue Excorcist.

Aoi no Exorcist is awesome! I haven't found any manga as funny and interesting as it in a long time. For once I actually don't hate the main character. <3

Don't have any particular favorite characters in it yet though.

Fairy Tail's pretty good, but the plots kind of gets old after a while if you've read the mangaka's other works.

At the moment, I'm reading Bakuman, One Piece, and Kuroshitsuji. I left off Naruto after my laptop combusted, and haven't picked it up again after that...I should probably catch up with it some time. Berserk's pretty cool, though the art style probably isn't what most people would like, and the plot's a bit gruesome, dark, bloody, and full of sex.

There are just way too many mangas that I've read to keep count. xD

YESSSSSSSSSSSS! I haven't met many people who have watched/read Aoi no Excorcist *tears Gai Sensei style* Rin is pretty cool, but I have to say, Mephisto is pretty awesome, and he's twice as awesome with Amaimon >_<

EDIT: Fairy Tail is alright, whats his name salamander is funny :). But I prefer Aoi no Excorcist
