I liked the anime up until it started changing crap--not even good changes. But the manga I feel is currently running a bit dry with that whole Impure King arc. Glad it's over and it's on to the next thing.

Yes, the anime got dodgy, so now we cry :cry:

I don't always mind when they make an anime different from the original manga, but this was one of those times where it resulted in me unable to finish watching it.

To me, everything went downhill from that filler arc when they fix Rin's sword at that blacksmith girl's place. :/

I like the manga. The Impure King arc wasn't dry to me; it just felt longer than it actually was because Ao no Exorcist is a monthly manga and releases were delayed I think at least twice during the arc (once in December and once beginning of this year...)
