Do you mean Takeshi Obata? If so, I agree with you. Most of the characters have very distinct features that distinguish them from one another. Plus I really liked Death Note and what I've read so far of Bakuman.

I really can't decide. I have so many manga and I love all the styles so it's a toss up between everything :D

I Really Like Anime and Manga a Lot so It's Obvious that I Would Have at Least One Favorite Manga Artist, right?
And also, I like Mangas with genres of Shoujo, Romance, Comedy and One Shot(Short Story) so It would be Best if there's a Manga Artist drawing one One Shot Romance story and in fact, there was Actually One Manga Artist that exist!
I was Happy that My Wish came true so I Made note of her as my Favorite Manga Artist!

Oh well, so Let's get to the Main Point, shall we?

So...
Who is My/Your Favourite Manga Artist?
Well...as I introduce her a little bit (^) , you might know who it is.
She is the fist Manga Artist who granted my "One Manga Artist who drew most of his/her Mangas One Shot" wish, SHIIBA NANA(Though I think that it's a Pen Name...It's still Fine!) !

My most favourite manga artist so far has to be Yana Toboso (the creator of Kuroshitsuji). Her art is so fine, and the action scenes are pretty smooth. I love the details in her artwork! ^^
