So, has anyone here read Bizenghast?
I. Love. It.
If you haven't read or heard about Bizenghast, I suggest you look it up. It's not backwards like the Japanese mangas are, but the art and concepts are fantastic. The whole story line is just really, really cool.
Plus, the series has the most amazing character ever: Edaniel. Haha.

If you haven't read it, here's what it's about:
It's about this girl (Dinah) and boy (Vincent) who stumble upon a strange Maosoleum (sp?), and they end up having to figure out these spirits/ghosts pasts to like.. set them free, I guess. It's sorta complicated to explain but it's superduper cool o:.

Anyway:D.

Bizenghast is not Japanese, which is why it doesn't read the same way.

I tried to read some of it but couldn't get into it. Then I saw a novel version of it at the bookstore and picked it up--that I LOVED. I've read it multiple times. Not sure if there's more than just that one, though.

My sister got me the first volume to read while recovering from a bad accident. It wasn't something I ever got into, but it was pretty and it certainly helped pass the time.

I've read the first five i think. It was okay, and i enjoyed the concept and the art, but it's not particularly the style i prefer.

I remember reading this one... but I don't recall much about it.
I'll make a note to read it again. :)
