I want to find other people who have watched Ghost Hunt. Of course, if you're just now searching it on youtube, let me put up a video for you to make it easier :D.

My thoughts on the anime (*Spoiler if you haven't seen it. Kind of anyway*):

I love, love, LOVE this anime. In my opinion, the dubbed version fits very well with everyone but Mai. Her voice got screwed up. But, Naru's voice is just freaking dreamy. As for Monk, gosh, he's so cool~ Totally big brother material. John is there just for the laughs I'm sure. Priestess.... No comment. Lin, you... You are just so amazing because you laughed in that one episode. And you do everything behind the scenes, so cool. The plot is cool, but. I want another season. Seriously. You don't give Mai those kind of powers and then NOT CONTINUE! That's just BS :talk2hand:.

I watched it. The entire series it up on Hulu subbed and dubbed.

I appreciated the slow pace, not having everything happen all at once, but drawn out so you could absorb it better. I like the fact that despite being an odd collection of supernatural specialists, none of them is really super powered. Their exorcisms don't always work the first time or even the second time. They have to keep working at it as the mystery builds up.

I enjoyed the interaction between the characters. The series is based on a series of light novels, so you know there's a lot more to the characterizations than you see. One of my pet theories about the series is never talked about, but is apparently revealed to be true in the light novels. Too bad there's only one season of the anime. But then, the author never finished the light novels either. Not that I'd read them. I find that I don't care for Japanese prose.

Hey i watched it it was pretty good. [squee] I loved the mansion with the weird architecture it was so scarry. [cry][cry] letssay i took out my headphones coz i was that scared. [squee][squee] but i really enjoyed it. i love the monk. [heart] [heart] have u read the manga coz it ruined the anime for me coz it was suck a bad ending [cry][cry]

Actually if you're going to read the manga, read all of it not just where the anime left off because there is some extra stuff in the chapters that didn't happen in the anime!! : DDD

I love ghost hunt and I do agree, I hate Mai's english voice dub. It's so annoying ugh. And I also don't really like how the anime makes her look. In the manga she's more boyish and cool in my opinion and less whiney. I don't know I think it's just the voice dub /no offense to the actor/ it's just I think they should've chosen another voice for Mai.

Also, Naru is so cool. Like his character is so complex. lol it's interesting. hehe.

Read the manga!! it's amazing people. Oh there's also a sequel to the manga too if you didn't know.
