so, I have watch some anime and people tell me you should watch the Japanese version...

what is the difference other than :-
different dialogue
swearing
more of sexual approach(think that right?) like breast sizes and stuff...(not a bad thing)
(are there any others)

And the other question
does Japan or any country really publish anime with

swearing
and sexiness

or is that only for the internet..?

Are you talking about watching or reading the anime?
Assuming you are talking about watching anime...
The dubbing of anime in America is horrible since I speak Japanese I can tell when the character they dubbed in english isn't saying the right words. It irritates me.
America also uses bad voice actors for some characters and the voices don't fit the characters personality, looks, etc.
I am not speaking about all voice actors but some.

Japan publishes that stuff yes. They have ratings like us in America.
R-18 is what they call it. (mature audiences)
It is not only for the internet

Some of the American production companies edit the anime they translate to suit a younger intended audience than the anime was originally created for, but most of the visual editing I've seen is for violence (removing guns, spilled blood) and readable text, for some reason. Maybe downsizing sexuality as well, but I think that's edited more in the audio field than the visual. I've seen one instance of cleavage lines being removed, but this is the first I've heard of editing breast size; you'd think that would take too much effort to be worth it.

On the other hand, some of the fansubbers that provide the translation for the "Japanese version" edit IN swearing.
And not all official production companies edit things out when they dub, so it's really all relative.
