Hello! I'm trying to find other fans of Hakuouki. It started out as a game in Japan but became an anime (which I watched on animeseason) and there's even a manga now (which I read on my ipod).
True it's a reverse harem, but... we all need guilty pleasures right?
I totally recommend it if you like historical fantasy. Just watch out for the samurai vampires.

It is pretty violent. But the subtle romance is adorable.

I enjoy reverse harems..lol and violence does not veer me away so much. So I will look it up. :)

I've watched the first 2 or 3 eps of this, I forgot about it. Need to get the rest and watch it sometime. o:
I'd really like to play the game too but I can't afford to buy it right now. XD

The game for the psp (American) is rather plain... I enjoyed it a lot! But game play is -read -read -read -make a choice... It's a really really subtle dating game. If you win though, you keep one of the guys alive! Harada was my favorite ending! I love him:) He's so sweet!
If you get a limited edition it comes with a little art book <3

... We actually had to buy a psp... It's the only game we have for it... right now... I am planing to get the harvest moon game for it eventually.... BWAHAHAHA!

Lol! I actually recently got a PSP too, I only have 2 games at the moment (mainly bought it for the persona games).

I seem to only find it as a limited ed. Game stop is the only carrier over here though.

I think my favorite part about the game (other than the minibook) was how hard it was to woo the guy of your choice. It's not obvious at all until you play thru a few times.

I did, you have to stop Hijikata-san instead of Kazama... I did the same thing the first time I hunted Hijikata.

I think the idea was to leave it open... the direct translation is more like "rest in peace" instead of "sweet dreams" but... I like to think he lives a little longer... Harada's route was easily the most shocking for me.
