i'm reading the manga my self anf i have all 7 of them. i can't wait till the next one. anyway i thougt the story would be like 5 to 6 volums.

i've only seen the anime and it was great! it was my first yaoi (it's not really yaoi, more like shonen-ai but it was also my first shonen-ai) so once i passed the shock of the ritsuka + soubi relationship i could enjoy more the anime. I'd love to read the manga, i've heard good things about it.
I still think soubi is a pervert *cough* pedo *cough* though.. he's too old for ritsuka; but he's hot. |
I haven't read the manga yet, but I loved the anime. I'm really hoping they'll do a second season of it to cover the volumes of the manga beyond volume 4.

@cattirun: XD Loveless was my first shounen-ai, too~ I don't normally go for that type of stuff, but the art was just too pretty ;o; And it still amazes me each time I open a volume.

I love it. I have volumes 1-3 and ther arts beautiful. Plus there's just something about it that draws you in. Also, I love the cat ear thing <3 Totally cute

i love the ears and tail. And the cute artwork base, it is soo adorable. but so well done too with less lines than the normal too.
I also like the story line, it is really unique in some ways, like Ritsuka's brother and such and the story line. I just saw another release in japanese, so the books are still continuing. |
I like it but it's not my favourite. This is mainly because of the shota aspect and the Soubi/Ritsuka pairing is one of those ones that make you ask yourself it it's real emotion since Soubi was ordered by Seme to love Ritsuka.

I've seen some of the Anime and read none of the Manga. I was getting into the Anime when something else came out that interested me. My problem is I can't watch an Anime through, cause there's always a new one to watch. Maybe that just points out that I haven't found one that really sucks me in yet.

@doctorjackal777: XD! I do that all the time. That's why it takes me years to finish any given series. I start watching fifty animes at once, and I'm like "@[email protected] AHHHHH"! ...and I constantly lose my place, due to my switching back and forth from so many animes. D:

rinali i have that issues with manga that don't come out too often, like once a season or less. that is what is hard for me at times.

the story is cute and adorable.however i wish they could have done more episodes for the anime. it would have been cooler the real ending. but anyways my two fav chracters are Natsuo and Yoji. they rock!!!!!! :D 8)

I've only watched the anime version. In my opinion, it was kinda choppy and the ending was utter crap. But the art was absolutely beautiful, and the ongoing theme was pretty nice, too.

=S This hasn't been posted to in a million years, but I just started reading the manga (online >.>) after a friend linked me to an awesome AMV that used both the anime and manga for source.
And I think I've been hooked. To the point where I may have to start buying it so I can have a physical copy to leaf through at my leisure. <33 |
I'm not a big fan of this series. It's a lot of shonen-ai but no action... and the relationships are really frustrating. The fighting scenes are also a big joke. It's really mainly a fluffy love anime drawn to satisfy cravings of shonen-ai fans. It's sold wonderfully thus far, which means it was quite successful. It's the epitome of shonen-ai merchandise (catboys, ai mei, masochistic long haired currupted seme). I'm surprised it ended so soon, it could have kept going endlessly and still grow its fanbase.

i'm reading the manga
and i have a gut feeling the anding will be crap. i simple can not see how there gonne end it in the last volum. the stories is ok. not that great if you ask me. but its good for me keep reading. i am wondering how it wil end. even if i think it won't end that great. will see when tokyo pop wil give out the last volum * i don't read scanlations so i don't now jet. |

I haven't watched the anime, but I do read the Manga. I have up to Vol 7. And I absoulutely LOVE loveless. :D I love the whole concept of the losing the cat ears and tail after they lose their viginity, very clever.
