The manga is so hilarious, and the anime just has to be seen to be believed! Nabeshin = love!

• Ho'mans, I love the anime. Was shocked that they had to switch out Excel's voice actress halfway through. She ruptured(?) her throat or something. But then when I saw the last episode, I was all, "Oh. Em. Gee. O______O"

That last episode I had to watch 3 times to get the guts up to watch the entire thing xD Au man.. Illpalazo xD Me andmy friend watched the entire anime one day and sat there an immotional wreck after Ilpallo went all.. crazy on everyone xD That was a fuuun day 8D

i borrowed the first three manga from a friend and i just did not get the story at all. i was lost. :D plus, i could not seem to get into it at all.

It was so random! I borrowed the first two DVDs and I didn't even finish the first DVD.

Maybe I should ask my friend if I can re borrow them. XD

I'm still working on the series. I have the thin-pack boxset but I'm only on disc 3. I seriously want to cosplay Is-chan one day. Excel and Hyatt are hilliarious. Nabeshin is afro-Lupin random love. And Illpalatzo-sama's obsession with sim-games is such a cute downfall for me.

I love the anime, I have the box set. The spin off mini series (Punipuni poemi) was also really funny. But maybe a bit too over the top ^.^;

Hyatt is my favourite character in Excel Saga. I can sort of relate to her, at times. ^.^;

I think my favourite episode was the one where they made fun of Dating Sim style games.

No offense, but I couldn't stand it. It was just amazingly annoying. The only thing about it I liked was Lord Ilpallazo(SP?).

I wondered if/when this thread would ever show up. xD

I've mostly only seen the anime, but I enjoyed this series a great deal. But it's more fun to watch in a group than by yourself, I've found; otherwise the hyperness and bizarreness of it just kind of washes over me, for some reason.

Poor Hat-chan, always dying... Kind of like Kenny in South Park, now that I think about it. But much prettier, of course.

I got the first volume of the manga this weekend, and I'm loving it to death xD

Ah, excel saga. One of the greatest insane anime of all time....I'm so not like excel at all.....nope....*nervous laugh*

X-D My roommate actually got me into this one. I watched the first episode, and at first I was like, "WTF?" but... well, I can't exactly say that's changed, but I started laughing hysterically at it. My friends and I have soooo many running jokes about Excel Saga (especially about Wheel-chan and Pedro X-D).

Excel Saga is brilliant. I love it and the awesometastic randomness that is Excel Saga.


I've never been able to watch the last episode the whole way through, though. That one is just slightly -too- far.


I love the in-jokes between the english and Japanese dubs too. Those are cool .

I have the DVD's of the series, it's awesome XD So crazy!

I adore Excel Saga xD. It's so random, ridiculous, hillarious, and downright silly that I get clued to the screen if only just so I can see how weirder can it possible get. Well done producers, well done.

This was such a hilarious show! It was funny watching how many times and in what way the characters kept dying.
