Ugh, hard to remember right now. ~_~ The only one I can think of is the opening for the anime Elfen Lied. I thought the music/song was very pretty.

Uhh. I don't know. ô.ô; The nudity didn't phase me at all, but the gorey parts did surprise me at first. Stiiiill, yeah. >_> Just different strokes for different folks. :3

The ending for Outlaw Star.
Absolutely gorgeous art and the song is TO DIE FOR. Hiroi no tsuki? Something like that. I'll look it up.
Edit: Tsuki no Ie. I was close. xD
Edit2: Wrong again. Hiru no Tsuki. I was even CLOSER. Tsuki no Ie is the second ender.

Hm. I think my favorite would have to be the Record of Lodoss War: Crhonicles of the Heroic Night OP. I was totally awestruck when I first saw it, and it was one of those opening songs I HAD to listen to with each episode.
Well, all the Lodoss OP and ED songs are fantastic, but this one's probably my favorite of all time.

If your talking purely for the music, i have no idea, but if beautiful includes the art, then at the moment I want to say the opening for Gankutsuou <3
Though I do find the song to be kind of- hokey- the lyrics and meloncoly tone fit the Monte Cristo story... but the art *drools*- even though its a completely different art style in the main part of the show

i really couldnt say. i have like tons of opening and ending that i like it would be hard to say. but i do like quite a few of the naruto endings. ummm.... Wind, Ima Made Nando Mo are two.

I'd have to say the opening for elfen lied or the ending for Outlaw Star.
I love the art in outlaw star and the same with elfen lied. The songs were gorgeous too. :o

MOST beautiful song I've EVER heard in my life. It's called "Kimi No Koe" from the movie The Place Promised in Our Early Days. Directed by Makoto Shinkai. I HIGHLY suggest that you buy the movie if you like Miyazaki's work. It's similar and has such a realistic touch to anime. Oh lord... um...
- Guu: Not necessarily beautiful, but very funny and cute. At least, the first series opening is.
- Simoun: I like both the opening and the ending. The ending video is slow, but the music is pretty.
- Elfen Lied: The opening is absolutely stunning.
- Sakura Taisen: Always on my A+ list.
- Ayakashi: The opening is fascinating and the ending song is just breathtakingly beautiful.

That's a really hard question. There are so many that were just gorgeous and then sometimes I'm really in the mood for happy bouncy and some just make me laugh. I guess if I had to pick a favorite, I'd be honest and say Broken Wings from Trinity Blood just because that's the one I play the most and my current favorite series and such, but I'm also really big on Open Up Your Mind and Don't Look Back Again from Saiyuki and for something happy and bouncy A Miracle That Begins With A Kiss from Steel Angel Kurumi and Happy Cosmos from DearS. I'll have to agree with everyone on the opening for Elfen Lied as I actually stopped when watching the first episode the first time to watch it again before watching the show and the ending for Outlaw Star was also a favorite of mine for a long while.
