Well as I remember it, in Japanese they tend to very rarely actually use the word "love". Instead they use another word which means to "really like", and that's what young people use with each other.
Although maybe I'm thinking about this too much ^^

I do like his relationship with Rin, though. I think it's really sweet

he is definitely awesome no matter who he loves or likes, i agree!
and i think that he and rin really compliment each other... they are a perfect match!

Well, I prefer Rin to Yuki, anyway. Mind you, I prefer everyone to Yuki. I don't like him much. I have a thing about perfect characters. But I suppose he could be worse, he's not as bad as Edward Cullen.

i may not have liked yuki as a character, in fact i didn't really care for him much, but his story was very sad and every time i read about him it does make me sad and even a little teary... i do feel happy for him when he finds love with machi (who is a great character by the way and i love her brother flying-pot-kun ;)) because she is a lot like him and together they make each other stronger... but for haru, it will always be rin!!

I do love the relationship between Yuki and Machi, even if I'm not really that fond of Yuki. Machi and her brother are amazing, even if they don't turn into animals when they're hugged ^^
I love Kimi as well. She always brightens up a dull conversation :rofl:

she is so ridiculously crazy but you have to love her.... i love how she makes all the yuki fanclub girls mad by talking to him and saying out loud that they have plans and what not... and the whole schpeel over the intercom?? hilarious! i also love the way she interacts with flying pot kun/manabe and they are quick to get a little on the pervy side :lol: love them!!

Kimi ensures that Student Council meetings are never boring, that's for sure ^^
I loved the part where it was a flashback to her past, and at first it looked like it was going to be one of those stories where she meets someone who critisizes the way she does things, and that she learns a valuable lesson, but all that happened was it boosted her ego ^^
Kimi is just so adorable. And the part where the Prince Yuki fanclub gave her sweets and she ate them with Yuki ^^

yea she totally misread that life lesson lol

The student council in general were good fun. I was a bit scared they would be boring, since they're all normal students, but then i realised that none of them were "normal".

yea they are all really neat characters... like the kid that doesn't like yuki cause he loves president of yuki's fan club :rofl: poor fella... but i did like her when she went to yuki before she graduated and thanked him for blah blah blah.... OH and the episode/chapter where the fan club went to hanajima's house :lol: so great!

I loved that part where they go to her house!!!
And the way Hana-chan says that Megumi is strange and looks nothing like her ^^

Megumi is a mini-Hanajima with shorter hair. He is too adorable for words!
I loved the bit at the end of that chapter/episode when Hana-chan met Minagawa in school, and when Minagawa started saying that they would not back down, Hana-chan told them the curse would take effect in 3 days ^^

and speaking of hanajima... she is always eating! she is a tiny little thing and eats a lot!
like when they went on the overnight trip and she went to find food even though the teachers said not too

Now that you mention it, she is always eating. She ate Yuki's valentine's chocolate, and in the play they did all she wanted was to eat meat.

i loved the play by the way! 'sort-a-cinderella'! i don't think i ever laughed so hard at a manga before :rofl: and then there was that little dramatic part there at the end.... oooooo i love those too!

Kyo as the prince was amazing!
And then Tohru trying to be a mean step-sister and failing completely. I must say I loved the play at the end. I would love to see a real Cinderella play turn out like that.

ahhhh ayame... i think he did a good job on the costumes... they didn't seem totally ridiculous like you would expect them to be... but i think if he were a real person, i'd so want to be his friend! :lol:

I haven't read any of her other books, but I've been meaning to. I think I'll get all of the Furuba books first, though. I still have 15 of them to get ^^

Cross dressing does make it better. I love it when Ritsu dresses up in pretty kimonos, because they look really, really good on him! In my opinion, they suit him more than the male clothing he wears.
