Really? I found books 1 and 2 in one book, and 6-7 in another, but I've never found 1-17
I buy most of my books online, because manga isn't nearly as popular in the UK as it is in the US, so hardly any bookshops have the manga books I want :(
But its OK I suppose, because I think I get them quite cheap online anyway

the 1-17 book i mentioned was just like a recap of all those volumes... not each individual chapter... that would make for a really really big book lol
that is kind of a drag having to get them through the mail, but at least you have a way to get them, and you can still read them online!

Yeah, I'm getting there. I'm trying to remember how many volumes there are in total - is it 23 or something.

Reading them online was OK, but whenever my computer was getting slow it would take ages to load each individual page, so I much prefer reading the books. Also, some of the online translators aren't very good at English >_<

yea, there are 23 volumes total, not including the extra book i was talking about... the last volume is a little bit smaller then the others though (length wise)
i know you mentioned you are from the UK, but can you get to the site [strike]onemanga.com[/stirke] or mangafox.com? i know they both have it, and mangafox has a lot more but sometimes you have to do a little zooming in. (and scratch the whole onemanga thing, cause they are closing their site :() and the translations are pretty good too :) unless it is because of a slow internet connection, this should work... maybe ;)

Yeah, those sites work for me. I originally read it at Manga Toshokan, btu they don't have Furuba any more :(
But it's all right. I am quite happy buying the books, because then I can just reread them whenever I want ^^

I like how, as Arisa and Hanajima pointed out, Tohru, Yuki and Kyo are just so dense when it comes to love and relationships ^^

@sugar: the book is so full of tragedy, you're right, that's what makes it good

@roze: haha yea they really are aren't they? but i think it might be because for one, yuki and kyo never really knew what it was (kyo did for his shishou kazuya, but that's it and yuki had only haru) i think tohru is just dense cause she had her mom and her grandfather, and hana and uo , granted, no romantic love, but she could recognize i'd think! oh and two, i think because they've had such tragedy (thank you, sugar;)) that they weren't really expecting to find that emotion or thought that they weren't deserving of it... at least that's how i see it

I think that Tohru is just dense in that area, among many others ^^
She's often not the brightest of people. Same with Kyo. And Yuki's just not all that good with people

yea her grades were bad lol

Well, at least Tohru's hardworking enough to make up for her bad grades ^^
Hanajima's grades are always a mystery. :)

hana is smart but lazy i think... when she found out that summer class were too hot she passed her classes so she wouldn't have to do it again lol

And she failed all her tests in purpose because the resits are easier ^^
It's impossible not to like Hana-chan :)

Megumi is adorable too, even if he does curse people. I just want to hug him :hug:

i love that hanajima loves shishou! he is such a cutie too! so scatter-brained and forgetful and i just love that he loves kyo so much!
i like megumi too... i wish he had some more parts, but the ones he has are pretty good!

I love Shishou! He's just so brilliant, even though he's part of the Zodiac. The idea of Hanajima beign Kyo's new mum, though... :)
Megumi is brilliant. I love it when Hana-chan introduces him to the Prince Yuki fan club and says, "He's really strange, isn't he?"

I personally love Momiji! He is just so adorable! I mean I have never seen a man soo innocent in my LIFE! lol

when i was reading the manga for the first time i thought shishou was the rooster lol boy was i wrong XP
the prince yuki fan club drove me crazy!! i don't really hate any character in the whole series, but that whole group is definitely at the bottom of my list!

i love when momiji gets older and he looks so handsome and more like a man, but still acts like himself in that he wears his bunny backpack and prances about! :squee: so cute! also i like when (i think this might be a spoiler so i'll hide it!)

He really is smarter than you'd think. I love the bit when they go to the Haunted House after school and Tohru's absolutely terrified and walking around with her eyes closed, so Yuki and Kyo simultaneously offer their hands to her, but then she ends up holding hands with Momiji instead ^.^
Momiji is so handsome when he's grown up! It is funny seeing him walking along holding hands with Tohru like he always does, because since he's the same height as her later (if not taller) they look like a couple!
That was so funny when those girls noticed how much he'd grown up and then they suddenly realise that he's wearing his bunny backpack and wants ice cream :)

:lol: he is pretty great! such a fantastic character... i bet the mangaka really loved doing his scenes!

slide, ayame is pretty awesome... he is just so flamboyant and crazy... i bet he'd be hilarious at parties ;)

love your siggy by the way!!! i am a big sesshomaru fan!

I love Ayame, because aside from the fact that he is awesome, he's always annoying Yuki :)
