I think I first read yaoi around grade 11? Gotta blame my classmates for introducing me to it 8DDDDD;;; The first yaoi manga I bought was one with various short stories but it got me hooker nonetheless :wink:

eh i dont have a type i just go by their personality and to what they are.

EDIT: though i dislike girly ukes all the time >>;;; to many people like girly ukes.

if anything i would like the seme to be girly like Yuujirou from pri pri.

my friend is really in to yaoi and she like hardcord yaoi type like level C.

I admit I'm a yaoi fan, of all sorts but just as much emotional as sexual. Though I'm not exclusive about it, I also like straight and yuri pairings, just not as many XD Or rather, not as enthusiastically.

I first got into it back with Gundam Wing before it came to the US. Which opened a while new world to me, after that nothing squicked me :lol:

The first real Yaoi I ever seen was Level C but that was plain horrible. I started collecting it over a period of time (you can check it out on the collection post). Anyway I love Fake! and Gravitation the most. I am not directly a huge fan any more. I also been reading Only the Ring Finger Knows but the writing style lacks in the 3rd book.

I agree, the writing wasn't the best by the third book. But I'm not sure if that's the writing or the translation though. I'm pretty happy it continued at all instead of ending with the graphic novel.

Yes I agree with that. I am glad we get to see more character development. Most of the time these one volume mangas can be annoying.

I love yaoi and shonen ai.
I've played and written both before. Usually more yaoi then shonen ai since I tend to be a short story writer and steamy is easier.


My friend, actually, got me into yaoi and my first story I read was a manga called New York, New York. It was slightly emo but good and serious.

After that the first series I read, on my own, was FAKE and then a friend, a different one who I corrupted to yaoi, gave me some Gravitation.

My first yaoi anime was a half-hour movie called 'Sensitive Pornograph' which was really good and sweet.


Really I've only been able to see yaoi on-line through friends considering I am a poor college student. ^^;; But it hasn't lessen the liking of the boy love.

Gravitation is a starter yaoi, well not even yaoi. Shounen-ai. i actually started with yaoi online Xd I ran into a very...interesting fanfics. i was like 10 ><; But I fell in love with it even though I was so young and even wrote some long fanfics.
