Chobits rules!

Well, Chobits is one of the mangas that i had enjoyed reading. Too bad it was short, they should have a chobits part 2! :D

Chobits was a really good series, I love the artwork and story. I think what really made me like it though was that even though the series had its ecchi moments, it wasn't really about sex but about an emotional relationship. I found the anime was a little disappointing because it didn't really relay that emotional quality at the end as much as I felt it did in the manga.

Chobits is really cute. I didn't like how it ended though.

I more or less saw all the episodes but.. there is one more i havent seen before cause nobody on youtube uploaded it.

unfortantley there was both a a OVA and special... somebody had uploaded the special thinking it was the OVA.. and that person thought that there was no more after that. >.<;; so... i saw all eps, including the speacial (which is also the sin off) but dident see the OVA (Sequal..)

*goes to check to see if somebody eles uplaoded it*

I've only read the first volume of the manga, but I look forward to reading more.

Chi is adorable and her incompitence is the cutest thing ever!...did I spell that correctly?...Anyway, the ending is really sad and I wish it was longer too, but that's the way the cookie crumbles and I can't change what is done. Oh yeah, Hideki is funny too I suppose.

Chobits is adorable! I use the "Person just for me" quote to people but they don't understand ^.~
The manga is much better but I love Dark Chii theme from the anime<3
I also have it to thank for the first time I heard the name Freya, which I then looked up and loved where it came from ^^

one of my favorite CLAMP series.

there were some flaws. especially when it came to love and life with a Persocom.

besides that. its a nice "doll to life" type of series

Chi is cool, but the series should have been longer.

i have read chobits and watched the anime. i love it. i was sad when it ended.i wish they would continue.

I seriously think i enjoyed the anime more than the manga, and that doesn't happen often.

My bf hates the series because he's convinced it's just a way for guys who can't get laid by living women to have hopes in life. It makes me laugh XD

"Chobits" - lovely series. A bit fanservicey, but a great read and good to watch. My favourite ones would have to be both Freya and Chii, as well as the cynical Kotoko :)

CHobits is such a strange love stoy, it seems like they were sending a message to us saying that computers seem more importent to us now then they used to be *shrugs* I dont know Im just a crazy person LOL.

However I still love the Anime. the charaters make the anime fun and interesting.

I like Chobits but I don't own any anime or manga personaly because my dads a jerk and won't let me buy any and I have to borrow it from friends so I've only read to #3 until she gets off her lazy but and buys more for me to read! ARG!

lol i dont care how lifelike a persocom is. its still a machine. if the person who has it dies, then the com basically outlives it.
that would be getting into too much detail. but it was rather cheesy to say they are humans, when they are not.

I just watched the first four episodes of the anime today and it was very cute and funny...I hope to be able to watch more of it.

Chobits was the first manga i've ever read. i love the series. i still love it. the anime was ok but i really like the manga the best.

I love Chobits! ^^ The artwork is very, very pretty (I want half the outfits Chi wears) and the story is so sweet. A bit perverted at times, but very romantic and heartwarming.

I have three Chobits plushies in my room. My favorite is my little Sumomo plush, which is on my closet doorknob. Sumomo's adorable, nuff' said.

I too, hope to find that "Someone Just for Me." *whee!cornball* And I find Hideki to be a sweetie. A bit of a pervert, but a sweetie.

Hideki may be a pervert, sure, but mainly he is, as people keep saying, a "good guy". He is rather naive about girls, as we can see, and can't understand how to handle things like Yumi's crush on Ueda, or Shinbo's affair with his teacher. He still manages to come through, though - sometimes with the help of Chii or his friends. But for someone who is computer illiterate, he can be surprisingly resourceful :)

It was also interesting to see some of the "Angelic Layer" characters in Minoru's flashback of his sister, in the manga. It showed Sai, Ohjiro, and Misaki visiting Kaede, and looking devastated. You don't see their faces, but it is very obvious who they are - only Kaede is visible.

And, of course, it is very obvious who Chii's creator was. You just get to wonder how he passed away, though - the manga and anime never tell you.

It was great at the beginning but after a while, I thought it went to serious.
It's still one of my top notch animes. (just because it was one of my firsts!) But it surely has given Clamp attention in America as one of the best mangakas. *which I beg to differ! haha*

sadly i dont own the anime or manga because my sister has it
but i just nick it from her collection once in a while it works out cheaper for me though i must admit...

it makes me cry and laugh all at once man its so confusing on my little heart :cry:

Since you and your sister love "Chobits" you should share it, you know. There are plenty of places you can contribute to your fandom besides here, also. Hmm...maybe we should suggest to the Mene admins that they introduce fan clubs?

It was an interesting series, not quite my favorite but it was a good idea. The idea of the persocoms was interesting to read about.
