My friend and I have come to conclusion.
There are at least 3 people per manga
that is on 'crack' or really crazy that they freak people out and they make no sense at all.

List some characters who are like that here.

L, of course he's crazy, but in a rather quiet way, sorta spooky. Thats just my current favorite, mainly because he's kinda like me, oh now thats just scary O.o.

Er... how about Dilandou from Escaflowne?

And then there's Anemone from Eureka Seven... she's not crazy per say, but sometimes... well... you know...

I think the characters from Spiral are rather crazy. It would be a major spoiler if I said why, and I'm not insulting them without justification...in fact, I'm not insulting them at all! These are my favorite characters, too.

Like Kiyotaka, Yaiba, and Hiyono...even Eyes. They're all freaking crazy. x_X

Farfarello! From Weiss Kruez. He's absolutely insane... and that makes him more interesting! Yaay!

Muraki! From Yami no Matsuei! Very insane! Also very scary! Especially if you're Hisoka...

Gaara! From everybody-knows-this-Naruto! Very insane. Also very cute. I suppose you could count quite a few insane characters in this series.

Ratchet! From Sakura Taisen! She's insane! What is with stabbing Sakura-kun?! Also very awesome and babe like!

Hisoka! From Hunter x Hunter! He's unbalanced! But he's also very cool! Illumi might be crazy too, but not quite so much...

But he wasn't really scary, crazy.

Kamina from Gurren Lagann is crazy in an oh so manly sort of way. 8)

And Gaara from Naruto. He was unstable and scary for a good long while.

Kurata Sana- Kodocha, one of the craziest girl I've ever seen/ 24/7 she's hyper @[email protected]

Icchan from Angelic layer.. Crazy, creepy, ...and just plain weird. I do recommend reading the manga if you don't know who he is. He's so messed up.

Tamayo also fro Angelic Layer. She hits on the main character, runs around all crazy, beats up one of the other characters a lot... I like her though.

Shuichi near the end of the gravitation manga series ends up pretty messed up.

Reiji also from gravitation is VERY weird. She's always cosplaying, there's robots...She's just crazy.

K from Gravitation. He gets all bloody and is alright. He likes shooting things, plus he has weird fetishes...

Tohma from Gravitation. In the manga, he's so gay.. He's all over Yuki, then it turns out he's married to Yuki's sister. He acts like such a yaoi uke though. Getting jealous and stuff.

Everyone in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is crazy...

Ryouko, Tenchi's father, Aeka, Mihoshi, and Washuu from Tenchi Muyo are all crazy.

Crazy people are fun and memorable but I mean in the good crazy sense not the "Ima criminally psycho person!" crazy. ><;...although Barry the Chopper from FMA had an odd appeal to me.

MegaTokyo- Largo, a level of crazy I at one point reached. XD
Comic Party- Taishi who is crazy bishie XD
Fullmetal Alchemist- Maes Hughes crazy bout his baby girl >w<

Yeah but Piro is more emo than crazy. ><; I love the guy but he's been really wussy. That's why I love Largo because it takes A LOT to effect him. XD
