I've read Reiko The Zombie Shop it's good if you like zombies and lots of gore.

Goth - pretty decent for an one-shot. I was attracted to the simplicity of the cover, actually.
Blood+ is an enjoyable read, but I'm not sure if it fulfills the horror genre.

Uzumaki- by far the creepiest thing I've read. It's an older series I believe. It's just so gross and creepy. If you want horror, read it. I'm not talking about Naruto or Spiral. It's called Uzumaki... Words can't describe it.

I personally like Pet Shop of Horrors. It’s not too scary, but it’s interesting. Of course I don’t find most horror things to be scary, so I’m probably a bad judge all around. ^_^;; I think Hellsing is a pretty good horror manga. : ) I mean you can’t go wrong with vampires can you?

The only one I can think of that I've read part of is Pet shop of horrors, and while there are some creepy elements in it, I wouldn't say it was that horrifying.

I'm not sure if all of these can be considered as horror, but hey. I'll list them anyway. xD
-Pet Shopf of Horrors
-Gyo
-Hellsing
-Various manga by Junji Ito; I don't know the English names, sorry D:
@fuyumi_saito: Hm. Are you talking about the manga Uzumaki? Because I think it's translated into English as "Spiral". By Junji Ito, right?
