I just recently discovered Yugioh the Shadow Games, which is ten times better than the American version. I made it up to episode 22 only to discover that the only episodes 23 and above that I can find are of poor quality and not subbed. So my choices here are to buy the manga or go to Japan and learn the language. Ughh.

D= Has anyone seen a spare episode 23 around?

And have you ever been unable to finish an anime because of this?

I'm guessing you've seen the TV-Nihon fansubs ^^ I haven't seen any other groups fansub it though so I guess you would have to wait until more is done.

I'm currently waiting for the rest of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei to be translated. I know there's already been approval for a second season and that this first season has been done airing for over a month now but there is a lot to translate in the series, and a lot of culture references too so it does take more time. I'm just very impatient ^^;

I had that trouble with FMA half a year ago. ^-^ I got up to around episode 20, and then just couldn't find anymore episodes.

Recently I discovered a site that has all of them, though, so I managed to see the rest.

And then, I discovered the manga, which is actually quite a bit better. <<,, Funny, really, since I loved the anime.

Alright, at first the Yugioh show came over and I kinda watched it but found it boring at times and then Shonen Jump came around with the manga version. I thought "why not, I guess I can give it another shot"....turns out the manga is SO much better than the dubbed and that there's a whole season missing! ><; And it had NOTHING to do with the game! It was all about Yuki and company and what Yami did before they went to Pegasus' island. ><; Yami was crazy insane and I loved him. I still read the manga in Jump and it's worth subscribing to since they have chapters of manga out before the volume is in stores. But I feel your pain on not getting to see certain anime because they won't bring it over. ><; Last year I bought the last season of Sailor Moon because I know they won't translate it or bring it over but thankfully it's subbed well. >w<

@ Nike - I'm not sure which I've seen. I found them all on Youtube, very easily in fact. UNTIL I reached episode 23. D< Gah! Someone better start subbing soon to appease my rage!

@ Amari - x.x; I've had to stop so many animes for that reason, but its not like this one. This one... This one was at the freaking climax, I swear and it just disappeared. This is not fair!

@ Master - Yes. They're on YouTube. Search 'Yugioh the Shadow Games' or 'Yugioh Season 0'. If all the episodes haven't disappeared! D<

Yeah, I hate 4kids for killing Yugioh and One Piece so hopefully they get taken down or something because Tokyo Mewmew was another favorite manga of mine and then they butchered the anime. ><;;; Half the names were wrong and everything. *sigh* Yeah, Yami would be the last person to say, "Believe in the heart of the cards" it'd be more like "I gonna make you go crazeh!" XD

Ya ive been thinking that too, theres so many anime that i want to finish watching but they havent subtitled it yet, like DAa Daa Daa and mermaid melody I wish that when the dubbed anime that they would at least keep to the actule story and keep the origanl name and not chance them..ex. Ichigo - Zoey...Ichigo is a much cutier name for the hyper acter cat girl (tokyo mew mew)

I hate that~ But the thing is its harder for me to find raw eps then subbed. XDD;;;

*le sigh* The Yu-Gi-Oh anime DOES suck, doesn't it. I, fortunately, got to read the manga first, and it rocks beyond belief! Yugi was insane!

I've only seen them from TV-Nihon but apparently there was some reason for delay. Their site says that they should start working on the episodes again in late October. Since that post was in September and its just the beginning of November I don't know what's going on. Might be waiting for translators/timers/etc before posting (I hope).

They changed it to what..? geez.. why couldent they just change it to Strawberry or something like that, after all that is the english name for her!

Your can always import the legitimate DVD's from http://amazon.co.jp/ and stop stealing the anime you supposedly enjoy.

I totally understand the feeling about animes not having the rest of the series subbed. I have encountered quite a few series like that and for the most part i get pissed and try to move on to something else. But, only after exhausting all my resources lol.

sure i've encountered a few shows like this.
most of the time though its because the next episodes after have yet to be aired in japan.

so when they are aired, a few days later i would be able to catch it.

but with dramas, i have had things like not having episodes subbed, or just not have the episodes period because lack of intrest.
not with anime though.

@ Titan - I can't really stand watching anything dubbed. To me, it means that the poor anime has been even more butchered. -.-; I swear, one of these days I'm going to go to Japan and get someone to teach me the language. No more subtitles for me!

@ Jami - There's actually an animated version of the GOOD Yugioh. Its just hella hard to find it.

@ Nike - ._.; All the episodes of good anime seem to be disappearing right under our noses. Take Death Note for example. I went crazy looking for the episodes until (heaven be merciful) I found them all on one site.

@ Nissa - I honestly doubt that anime would be as popular as it is right now if not for the 'stolen' fansubs.

@the_anna135: haha yea sadly the only Yugioh i have ever known was the Dubbed version. mainly because this was way before I had even been totally immersed in anime and found Fansubs. Now I'm more into Fanfiction of it lol. Ever since I found out Yami leaves little yugi I was a bit pissed and turned to Fanfiction to sate my need to have a different ending. That and I'm a big Yaoi/Shounen ai fan and so Love to pit Yugi and Yami together.

One of the anime that has just now started up again (although I'm Still waiting for the next install ment and have been for a few months now -_-;; ) is Shounen Onmyouji. Its so Cute!!! its totally perfect for those Het lovers and Yaoi/Shounen ai(in case you don't know its BoyxBoy) lovers. it gives us the best of both worlds without actually being one or the other for a fact. I totally recommend this anime to anyone!!!

Also there is a manga that I have been waiting for For over a YEAR!!!! Grrr The Day of Revolution is worth reading although so far the Third Installment Still hasn't come out yet and I have been Diligently been keeping up with the new releases and sadly nothing. *bangs head on table* I have been waiting for over a year now. Supposedly each book came out within a year of each other but now the third book seems to be late. I have heard some say that the third book is out somewhere but I still haven't found it. If you find it do let me know lol.
