Has anyone heard of this Anime? Innocent Venus has soon far been the most interesting anime to me since Gundam Wing. I've been watching it on Optimum's Anime Network On Demand.

The story goes...
The year is 2035. Twenty-five years ago hyper-hurricanes devastated the planet, killing billions, destroying the world economy and leaving North America, Russia and Northern Europe encased in ice. Japan has achieved a limited recovery through Powered Assist Technology. But that is limited to the ruling class, or "Logos." The poor have been dubbed "Revinus" and are barred from the cities. It is an uneasy situation. In the midst of this, two members of the elite combat squad Phantom have deserted after snatching Sana Nobuto - code name "Venus." Sana is very important and THEY want her back. But what is so special about Sana , why did Joe and Jin grab her, and who are the good guys anyway?

The animation is beautiful and the character's are great. I love the interaction between the three main characters and even the antagonists are great. It's a short series, but definitely one that should be given a bit of attention.

I was tempted to read it, but found it rather shallow and the plot boring. Mainly because there are so many stories about girls dressing as boys to see the guy they like, or because it's the only school they can get into. I only liked one of those, and that was girl got game or something. It's basically the same thing, except the girl is going to school for basketball. Falls for her roommate. etc. etc.

I hope you can figure out another manga to have this about that hasn't already been made. ><;

I don't think there is and I remember the "I's" because I was looking for Inuyasha and wanting to rant how I didn't like it. XD You're good now.
