If you havn't recived the answer the smaller of the two is Ichimaru Gin, and the other one is, i think, Captain Aizen without his glasses on...

the guy with the bright hair would be Gin
and the guy with the black hair would be aizen with out his glasses.(dont know how to spell his name the right way sorry)

Guys, there's really no need to post in here anymore since this thread is OLD.
Should this be locked already? :/ I'm sure the creator of this thread already knows who those characters are..

yep, it's gin and aizen, but after they've turned to the dark side and killed the elders and created the arrancars. i don't know why they keep wearing their shuhakusho-it's kind of offensive to us soul reaper purists...
