Alright. I play EQ2.
There are a few things that bother me about this game.
1) If you're not in a guild, you're generally treated as though you have the plague.
2) If you join a guild, end up not liking it, then leave to try another guild, you tend to be deemed a 'guild hopper' by the people in your previous guild and they tend to treat you badly.
3) A lot of people won't help you with quests if you aren't in their guild.
I've asked people I know who play other MMOs, and they say that that's pretty much how it is in most of them.
Have you ever experienced problems like this? What do you think about people refusing to help you with a quest just because you're not in the same guild?
Discuss: The good things and the bands things regarding guilds in MMOs.
