1-Where can I find clips of animes/video games?

2-How can the sound be lowered or removed?

I think that, given the fact that you're generally asking for more or less technical (Unless I miss my guess it's in regards to the technical end of making an AMV) I'm going to go ahead and kick it over to the computer forum.
