XBox Live - Account Creation
 

I have an issue trying to create an Xbox Live account for my 360.

First of all, I have an already-created account that I made on the Xbox website which has none of the achievements, or gamer points of the account I want signed up, furthermore, it is stuck at Silver, while I want to create a profile for the Gold Membership trial. If I had just settled for the Silver membership-signed account, I fear I won't be able to attain the Gold Membership trial, thus being messed over.

However, while creating an account for the profile I want (it would be sharing the same e-mail address as the one already created, unless I need to use another e-mail address, which in that case I'll have another to use, hopefully), I end up getting an error, which reads that the account can't be made or whatever, please try again later, followed by this number:

80154013

If anyone has any idea how to get around this fustrating roadblock, please tell me! >.<

My best advice to you....call Xbox Live.

They're great people and try to help you the best to their abilites! ^-^ I had a guy get my xbox twice for free to see why it wouldn't read xbox games as games but dvds. Its was nerve racking -____-

Try using another e-mail address or sign in using the one you used on the website. You might need to change your Gamertag and you might check your age on your profile it might be blocking access to the Gold Level due to Parental Lock. If all else fails call Microsoft.
