I figure that it's worth getting the slippers to sell at any rate. They should be worth quite a bit since it takes so long to get them.

I've found 3 eggs, but I wasn't sure what to do with them. So I blasted them. It said they had golden centers, and it gave me some gold. I guess some of them have other types of centers? Is there a way to grab them?

You don't need to grab them, you're supposed to kill them. Some give gold, some give loot, some give both. I've got 2 jellybeans and 2 chocolate eggs, but they are quite hard to find so I'm a bit bored of it now. I did downgrade my rings and end up picking up a Teflon ring in the village greens. BUT...the Easter recipes don't seem to have been added yet, so I don't know what I can make with my collected loot :(

Also, now the Booty Grab game gives an Aquarium 2009 Easter Egg. I've gotten 2 of them so far. One from a hermitcat, and one from a starfish.

When you put it in your tank, a bunch of little easter flies/butterflies hatch... It's really cute.

It has a 4 week life span, and it also plays booty grab.

These little butterfly thingies fly close to the egg, but when you tap on the tank, they zip back down into the egg, then fly out again. Just too cute!

For those who want to buy one, they aren't too expensive in the MP.
Last I looked, they were around 6700 gold. They're sure to go down as more people get them.

Hah! I just went and looked. They're around 1800 gold now. Pretty cheap for a fish item that also plays booty grab! I wonder what they'll drop after 4 weeks.

I wish TekTek would update with the poses for the other items now... Some of them actually look worth me logging into zOMG to try to earn the items to get... Hmm.

I agree that the items for the easter-egg hunt themselves aren't very special. I'll see how it goes in getting them before I lose interest, anyway. They're currently worth enough that it's worth the time while I'm working here to get our event's loose ends tied up. (Please do not take that comment as, "omg, get ready!" You will be waiting up for nothing. u_u; )

@CK: Well if you want to see what the zOMG items look like on an avatar just click the link to the marketplace on Tektek and you can try them on your own avatar.

I hate the "try it on" method in the Marketplace... I can almost never see what the item actually looks like because whatever I'm wearing usually layers over/is hidden by what I'm already wearing. ._.;

/stops whining. XD

At least the Try It lets me know if the item is going to take the place of some other item that I have. For instance, I *love* my goldfish scarf, and I wear that all the time. Some items don't just layer over it, they replace it, which I wouldn't like.

Gaia's layering is epic fail compared to ours *preens* :XD
