@Crepsley: I know what you mean. On top of that, they have their Skittles game that you have to complete three times to get the item. I found it utterly impossible for me to beat it under the time needed to get the last prize since it was lagging so terribly.

I did managed to get my Sundae Sweets, but it took far longer than I would have liked.

Something interesting. Those prizes you win from spinning the wheel in Skittles World, people must not check the store price. Because they sell them for below sellback. So I'll go into the MP and buy all the ones that are priced like that and then just sell them back to the stores. I make quite a bit of gold off of it. :ninja:

I forgot that I could go in each day and spin that wheel.
I'll have to do it one last time today.

I never thought of buying the items and selling them back.
Quite a few people put items below the store buy-back price. I often wonder what they're thinking!

I just sell them back through the option in my inventory. People really are dumb when it comes to selling their stuff in the market sometimes. :XD I like to take advantage of it.

I can see the Sundae Sweets ending up at a hideous price in the MP, I wanted one too *sniffles* Gots to have an item that has my name! But all the eggs gave me 9 times out of 10 was gold. I got 16 jelly beans, 15 grasses and just 10 chocolate eggs before I gave up and sold them in the MP. Then slapped myself because I should have given them to people on staff here who needed them.

I wonder if this achieved what I'm assuming was Gaia's intent...to get more people to be onsite for longer. Because while many stuck it out to try and get the final items, many (like me) just got pissed off with it and gave up.

In a way, it backfired. I'm so burned out on Gaia I had to force myself to collect my dailies today. I know I skipped a day or two of dailies on my mule. That's how burned out I was.

I have all four of the Easter event items you get on-site, though. Couldn't be bothered for Skittles or zOMG.

I still understand why they made it so difficult to complete the event for non-cheating members. It makes the items worth something more than 10 gold. But I think they made it a touch too difficult. They could have made it a little easier and still have had items that had value at the end of it.

I agree, CK. They made it too hard for people who wanted to be able to do other things, like sleep and such-like...

I like Gaia but sometimes...not so much. >.< What I don't like there is the safety. Just a few days ago, there was a fake announcement given. They were able to fix it but still.
I think teh Easter event was kinda good since it wasn't so effing easy. But it was a tad bit hard.
Good thing I was able to finish.

Two hours and forty minutes. 405 eggs out of 500. .____. I'm going to pass out again.

I finally got my 500.
Then I started over again. Got the 10, got the 25, now I'm at 78/100.

I am *definitely* quitting after the 100!

I got my 500 around 2ish this morning but have yet to even get 10 for the first item a second time. I'm burned out on eggs. I do need to go buy some chocolate eggs or something for at least one recipe and call it even.
I don't think I've spent this much time on Gaia since 2006.

Like I said, they didn't take peoples health into consideration when they decided on the details of this event. :(

*giggles* Well eggs are actually getting easier to find. They have changed a few settings or something. Because I'm finding more each minute than I was before. :O I should get the slippers soon enough. :3

So they're giving those out instead of aquarium eggs now? I hadn't gotten an aquarium egg all day.

I have received about five of those eggs and only kept one for myself. I received a hermitcat from the daily chance though. :)
