That would be good. I've had so much trouble finding anything in the commons on Gaia. I actually own very few commons...

I own very few commons on Gaia, probably because a lot of their commons are crap; and for the size/age of the site, the amount there is is pathetic.

I own mostly what I pick up from the daily chance and remnants of bits I used to complete outfits when the fancy struck me. In the end, I do own considerably few commons compared to the MCs/Event Items I own. I'm rather fond of my current avatar, which has kept me from changing it:

It's rather simple, but I like that since it looks far less cluttered than the other people I see running around zOMG. *doesn't browse anywhere else really on Gaia these days* I think it kind of makes me look like an Imp. XD

I have suceeded in making an avi without items you have to pay money for though I dunno how fashionable most people would think it is.

It looks nice. :3 That's true though. When I think about it, just in my simple avatar I'm wearing 6 items that cost IRL money. =/ The only ones I bought myself (since they are the only MCs I've ever donated for) was the nightmare anklets.

I probably have 10 Gaia commons I actually paid for - half of which were purchased for the pure purpose of making an outfit for going as Some Random Randomness's "date" for the Gaia Prom. And he gave me the gold for the items. LOL.

All my other commons came from Daily Chance or the Aquarium. >_>

I'd be perfectly happy to expand my wardrobe with commons if half the stuff weren't over priced and if most of it looked better on the avatar... >_>;

I have this Gwee dragon. I like him cuz he flaps his little arms when you walk.

Gwee is cute, one of my mules always has him equiped. He's very nicely drawn/shaded too, unlike a lot of Gaia's MCs. There was a spate of really badly executed ones that came out round that time. Gwee was a return to form. You'd think they'd make sure to have the best artists on the cash items wouldn't you? Or just not employ people that weren't very good!

I love my Gwee. I'm so glad I got him something like a year ago... Though his price hasn't seemed to increase much, if any at all, from when I purchased him. >_>;

I don't really know why the Gwee seemed to be such a flop when it came out, same with the monkey. I always thought they were cute, but the prices never rose much for them.

Yeah, I've wondered about that too. I thought the Gwee and the Momo Monkey were quite cute, and I love how the Momo Monkey goes into a 'Aaaah! Squished!!' state when you sit down in Towns while he's hugging your leg....I spat out my mouthful of tea when I first accidentally discovered that pose after sitting down. xD

I can't remember how much I spent for Gwee. I'll have to look for the monkey. Sounds cute. I like little critters.

The new mist-like fox that you get with the latest evolution of Fremer's Guard? (or was it the Gogh Reed...). He's rather cute.

I never liked Momo that much, so I only ever bought one of those. Though it does amuse me to equip him in this pose...

I still can't believe how quickly the MCs inflated from 20k to over 50k when they are released. I wasn't there during the GoGaia days so I've never seen what it looked like when MCs were only 5k (though that's probably a lot back then) each. But they went from starting at 20k to over 50k within less than a year! How much are they going to be by the year 2010? I can't even imagine.

And yes, that smooshed monkey pose is my favorite xD I kept walking around in Towns and then sitting down on it just to see the squished face. Sad that they removed the option to sit up and down rapidly due to excessive humping...

Gaia's getting to be an awful pain for a 'free to play' site, what with all the advertisements placed around EVERYWHERE. Spending more than ten minutes in there gives me a headache, what with all the animated crap polluting the otherwise tasteful site...

... that is, until I go to the forums.

I can't stand the amount of crap you'll find anywhere in the forums, and I'm really unhappy at the current problems that Gaia is having with the savebox... I've lost eighty or more important PM's to it before i started saving them on my computer instead.

I can't imagine classifying any PM that I get on Gaia as "important".

My PM's are mostly just "join my aquarium thread", and "beastial666 wants to be your friend".

All my pm's for the last few months have been about birthday reminders and each time I ignore them without even looking.
In all honesty I am lucky to visit half a dozen pages there now. Most of the time it is based off what I have seen in this thread or looking at things and going "ohhh that is what they ment"
