It's honestly not too bad. It's a pain in the butt, but it's not as horrible as it seems. Plus, items like handhelds convert over to at least 2 arm positions really well. It's more or less realizing the end result that makes it worthwhile. :3 But right now, it's pretty much me, and like 2 others doing the item converting. x__x It's not getting done very fast. Thankfully the bulk of the items we have are just recolors. But individual items aren't so much. Recoloring is a breeze. The item making itself is a little time consuming... but it's just in making sure that it's of the highest quality I can muster. But we've moved to mostly brush/tool shading with pixels for details and outlines. So that does help a lot. Doing it all pixel by pixel like I did with the new bases would be much more time consuming and impossible for a small team.

BTW, if you're popping in here wondering where Ava went, it's down for a bit while my host does some server maintenance.
