Once again Starcraft II has been pushed back (not too surprising though). It was supposed to come out this year, but, a-typical of Blizzard, they pushed it back to next year. Don't believe me, here's a new article about it: http://videogames.yahoo.com/events/p...hbacks/1359357

I absolutely loved Starcraft and the expansion pack growing up. I used to play it all the time and was almost godly with the protos race (compared to my brother I mean, who was an extremely good gamer, took me a long time to be able to beat him XD ). I haven't played it in ages now so I probably suck worse than a noob XD

But I've been looking forward to this game since last fall when Blizzard came to my college and spoke about it and Wow: The Litch King (which came out 3 or 4 days after they came and talked to us). I'm not into WoW. In fact I stopped playing Warcrafter after 3 (in which I only played in the online tournaments). But I love Diablo and even more so Starcraft.

The graphics for the game look so good and there are some really cool advancements they made to what had previously existed. I don't know anything about the storyline or game play, but from little snippets I've seen and what Blizzard told us about it at my school is sounds kick butt.

I hate Blizzard and they're faulty deadlines!!!! Grrrr, you make me so mad Blizzard... even though I'd love to work for you <.<

I've been waiting for this game since I discovered Starcraft when I was 13 (six years ago, woah :o)

I'm curious whether the delay is because they're pouring all their efforts into maintaining WoW and making expansions or if they have separate dev teams.

Whatever the delay reason is it's uncool. Blizzard has a horrible horrible habit of giveing a date and then taking it away repeatedly. I know from a few friends it actually has aggrivated them to the point where they're no longer interested in playing the game(s)
