how many of you out there are Halo fanatics?

at first, i hated Halo. it was too complicated for me. but then, my husband and his brother kept bothering me to play. i think they regret it now, cuz i'm better than the two of them. and i haven't even been playing anywhere near as long as them.

I'm a big Halo fan.

I've played since the original, and it's still one of my favorite games through Halo 3. Everyone always talks about it being over hyped and not strong story wise, but someone saying "this is the best game ever" and it not being the best game ever shouldn't condemn the game, it should just reflect badly on the people who said it. Halo's story might not be the most original thing out of the gate, but it's well thought out, it works in Humor, Action, and just a little bit of "ha! got you!" horror that isn't scary so much as jumpy (which is the kind of horror I can deal with).

All in all, a good game (and for those who haven't played ODST, anyone who liked Halo 3 really MUST, even if you just rent it for a week).

ODST is a lot of fun. i haven't played the whole thing yet, but my husband finished when he hadn't even had it for 24 hours.

My Grandpa is a big halo fan also, i have all the halos including halo ODST and my grandpa has the masterchief statue xDDD hes the halo fanatic of the family, he has alot of halo stuff

I got the Legenday Helmet from the Halo 3 release. It's still sitting on my Desk (and it doubles as a Great CD hidder).

my husband and i have been trying to play ODST on normal, and it's like legendary on Halo 3. it's that hard. recently, after playing ODST, we played Halo 3 again, and it was just so easy in comparison. i bet that if someone can beat ODST on normal, they could easily beat Halo 3 on legendary.

my brother and I were up at 1 am playing all of the games. we didn't die till the final level on ODST.

I absolutely adore the Halo series. I actually took the night of the midnight release for Halo 2 off just so I could stand in line. The same with Halo 3 (which, I went with the legendary edition).

I love the Halo 3 Legendary DVD with the Creator Commentary for the Halo: CE and Halo 2 movies. Marty O'Donnell is FTW!

has anyone heard any news about a Halo movie being made? i've heard so many rumors, but what i've also heard is that it keeps getting put off cuz they can't keep a director. i heard that the director of District 9 is going to direct it, but it's still on hold. i also heard that it might come out in 2011 or 2012, but i'm really not sure. if anyone has any news, i'm sure we'd all like to know!!

I am a huhe Halo fan. My rother got the first game when the first XBOX came out and we played co-op together. I have been hooked ever sice.

I WAS a huge Halo CE fan. Halo 2 was a drop, but Halo 3 and ODST killed the game for me. Halo wars, I admit, was quite fun.

i had way to much trouble playing Halo Wars. i tried to play it, but it just didn't stick. Halo 1 and 2 are hard for me cuz of the older quality. Halo 3 is fun, but it's so short that i get bored. especially since when i play with my husband, he always plays the same levels. ODST is fun, but the night vision stuff hurts my eyes so bad that i can't play it for long.
