I spend more time there than I do here, I was on Ernya first and I know more people so it's easier for me to earn gold

I've been a user on Ernya almost since it started up, but I became inactive when some of the people I chatted with mainly began coming on less and just slowly left the site.
I still visit occasionally, but I rarely post as I feel like an outcast to the site.. :/

I'm not a big fan of the bases on that site. Something seems too plain about them. I have an account though. It's the same username as this.

I joined Ernya last year over the summer and go there occasionally, I actually like a couple of the forums there. It's so easy to post over on Ernya, plus the games are rather easy to play as well. It kinda reminds me of this site a bit.

I think I'm going to join. ;)

I've seen a few people in here complaining about not feeling welcome or having login issues. I've had that problem on lots of sites, Gaia included and login things most times can be fixed by emailing an Admin.

As for feeling unwelcome, or uncomfortable, I feel that way here. Anyone I try to talk to just disappears or doesn't respond. I've just felt very unwelcome here. The games, and two people who have talked to me are about the only reasons I've got for staying at this point. >.<

I guess it takes a bit of time to find people to talk to on any site. :)

I play Ernya 9347892374234 times more than Mene. xD The forums are a bit slow, but they're fun. It sort of grows on you.

I just can't get into Ernya, I don't know why. DX I would love to since I think the artwork is nice and all...

I only go on Ernya now to make the event guides, since it's been my tradition ever since the day Ernya started. I think I'm really the only one left of the "oldbie" members. I never see older faces on there anymore, besides myself. So it kind of feels awkward when members address me like, "oh hey, never seen you before". But it doesn't bother me though. Just gives me the chance to make new friends.

I've been there from the start, but I am mostly active just at events.

Otherwise I pretty much just check the announcements and get my pearls.

I am really active on Ernya at the moment but it does get dead at times.

There is someone there giving out free newbie shirts, a bunch of people posting in your 'I'm a Newbie' thread.... I think so far it seems very welcoming. You just have to be like me and just dive in wherever you go! (Like I am right now.)

The lack of defined lines on the avatar base and clothing bugged me at first, really bugged me, since I couldn't tell where one item ended and the other began, but the whole thing is starting to grow on me. Having to enter the confirmation code every time I post is annoying, but I COMPLETELY understand why it's necessary.

Can't wait to see if Ernya sticks with me!

I was sad to see the staff already had an event guide set up for the event, as it took away my joy of being Ernya's original event guide maker for every time we have events on there. I've been doing it since Ernya very first event, two years ago.

Hmm. Ernya was my second-home to Gaia for a long time, and eventually I flat out quit. The games where terrible, but the forums made up with that. How ever instead of logically getting more people and becoming faster, Ernya's slowed down, and the forums are practically at crawl-speed. That I can deal with. How ever, the admins started giving even the most loyal people utter shit. I had three of those clickable eggs in my signature, and one of the Moderators freaked on me. "YOU CANT HAVE MORE THAN TWO IN YOUR SIGNATURE. THIS IS YOUR FIRST WARNING, ANOTHER ONE AND YOU WILL GET BANNED FOR FIVE DAYS." or some shit like that. So I took it out, and even though I argued with her that a website shouldn't make it so I can do that, if they don't want it [She called it "spamming"], I stayed. Then I finally quit when another mod freaked out on me in the Babblesphere [Which is basically the spam/chatterbox/random shit forum] "Uh, this is a detailed discussion thread you've posted on BS, you can't do that. That belongs in the GD." Then I argued with her that the point of a spam forum was to write what ever the hell you wanted, and that BS was the fastest forum, and GD had three or four posts a day if that, and she just continued to move my thread and get mad and argue with me.
So I quit. I talked with other people, too, who said they recieved crap from mods and admins, some of which made up "fake rules" and argued and got mad at them. /: Honestly, it's not a site I can recommend, and sorry for the WOT. xD

@Bargrim: Oh man your story is so disappointing! I was going to give Ernya a try but your experience was a major turn-off. I'm so sensitive that I'll shed a tear if I get in trouble with a mod on a site. That would freak me out too!

Bargrim- Your the first person I ever heard of complain about Ernya. I've been there a year and when I had to deal with a mod they were poliete about it. I'm sorry you had a bad experience there.
