Heya guys :3

Well, I just got Animal crossing for the Wii and so far I love it! But I have no friends to visit which makes me a little sad :(

And so, discuss:

Do you have Animal Crossing for the Wii?
What do you think of it?
For anyone who has it, mind being my friend so I can get out of my town? ^^;

I don't have Animal Crossing for the Wii, I do have it for the Gamecube and the Nintendo DS. I love Animal Crossing, I like it's open sandbox style of play, and it has some really interesting items and such. We're getting a Wii next week so I can't wait to play it. Sorry I couldn't add much to your discussion.
Do you like the gameplay of it? Like are the graphics better and has anything to the game style really changed across the different consoles? Just wondering...

IMO the game play and graphics are the same, but it gives it a nice feel :) I think with games liek this, if they change it too much you wont feel comfortable in in as you have with previous versions. Obviously though, there's the city which wasn't in the Gamecube :) I love it as much as I did when I play the GC version 5+years ago.

I have it and I played it for one day.. dont get me wrong i absolutely love animal crossings but I havent done much with my Wii since i got it a month after I got my PS3 so I just play that all the time... I really should give my Wii some love and play animal crossings since its such a good game xD

Lol I got my wii for the excercise games but I have a bad neck and back, so on the days its hard for me to move I just play Animal Crossing or brawl lol.

I had Animal Crossing for the Wii. I liked the fact that you could visit the town with all the other shops but one of the shops seemed to just have the same items in all the time :/. It felt a lot like the one for the DS and so I got kinda bored of it ..

I swapped it for Harvest Moon: ToT :mrgreen:

I got it back when it was new, and it's a lot of fun and closely resembles the first two titles.
The downside, however, is that it's still just like the first games.

Nothing's really changed, save for a little city you can go to by bus, and some new furniture/neighbors added to the genre.

So if you've played the first two games, you might tire of this one pretty fast.

I have it, got it for xmas I had the animal crossing for the ds but just got too into harvest moon to play it. So I got this with the wii speak deal and gonna try it out tonight see if it was as good as a few of my friends are saying. But it does seem like it'd be more fun if you can get more ppl to visit you and chatting and what not.

I've played the first Animal Crossing for GameCube, I'm thinking about getting a Wii and getting the Animal Crossing for it. They are pretty good and interesting games!
