Which one was your favorite?
How many do you have?
And are you playing any now?

I have played lots of games!
But none of the newer ones though~
I may do so later, but I'm not sure.

I do have Pokemon Rangers, Shadows of Almia (I think thats what its called) for DS. I'm playing that now.

I used to have another where you play as pokemon and do missions but my brother lost it >.>

Yellow was my first Pokemon game. I got the whole limited edition pack - the special Game Boy Color with Pokemon graphics on it, the carrying pouch, and a few other things that I forget. I loved it, but it annoyed me that my Pikachu refused to evolve! Eventually, my dad and I (who both had Yellow) ended up trading our Pikachus to evolve them lol. Only then did I miss the Pikachu who had loyally followed me around for my whole game, as annoying as I'd originally thought he was.

From yellow, I went to gold, and then crystal, and then I didn't have any for a long time, before a friend gave me red and silver, and I went back and beat those ones. I also have Pokemon pinball, but I'm not counting that. xD

My most recent game is Heart Gold, which I adore. I still keep my pokewalker in my purse, and Jirachi is my favorite party leader.

I've also played and beaten Pokemon Stadium XD, though it belongs to my best friend, and we're starting the original Pokemon Stadium as soon as we beat Phantasy Star Universe. xP

Nowadays, I prefer Pokemon Online, a free battle simulator (although I have to self-compile it with Wine on OSX, a harrowing ordeal for someone who's not exactly the most technical in the world). The main plot (although from what I hear there's a few changes storywise in B/W) keeps being a rehash every time.

My favorite game will probably always be Gold/Silver/Crystal, followed by Saphire and/or the original RBY. The Trading Card Game was an interesting twist too, too bad they never brought a sequel to the US.

I've got: Red/Blue/Yellow, Gold/Silver/Crystal, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, and Black/White.
I've got all the Ranger Series, I love that series.
I've got the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team for the Advance, and Explorers of Time, and Explorers of Sky both for the DS.

I've got Pokemon games for the Nintendo 64 and GameCube, too.

I think it's safe to say I've got 'em all. :)

And yes, I have the TCG for the Game Boy. I'm such a poke-nerd.

My favorites are Emerald and Crystal. I played them both twice, and I'm currently looking for a copy of Emerald so I can play it again! Those two are in my top 10 favorite video games of all time.

I have installed the VBA emulator to play Sapphire and FireRed. I like the Pokemon games of the 3rd gen. the most. They would be even better if they had day/night cycles. Even so, I still think the 5th gen has introduced awesome bird pokemon.

I was am a pokemon
geek. I even had light up pokemon
shoes when I was little..even though
they were for boys. > >; And a
giant pikachu pillow that the washing
machine ate. :stare:

But at that time I couldn't play
the games because I didn't have
a gameboy color so I watched the
series and collected the playing cards.
When I finally got a nintendo Sp I had
yellow, crystal, silver, emerald, ruby, sapphire,
fire red. And then I bought my ds light and went
on a pokemon binge. xD
I have pokemon black, soul silver, mystery dungeon,
diamond, pearl, platinum..I even have a pokedex on my
3Ds. : D it's amazing.
My favorite was definitely Emerald.
:gonk: I forgot about the gamecube games!
XD and Colosseum were so much fun and it's
even better now to play them on the wii!

Between my brother and me, we have Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Stadium, Stadium 2, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen, Diamond, Pearl, Battle Revolution, Black, and White. I also had Pokemon Pinball and Pokemon Channel, which were cute. :squee:

I love playing Pokemon. Despite what some may say, Pokemon is not just for kids! The games made up pretty much my entire childhood and beginning years of gaming.

Anyone play any ROM Hacks? I've been currently going through Fire Red Omega, basically all 386 pokemon in all the three gens of the GBA version are available without hacking or trading, and the game is a good degree harder as a tradeoff. I might tackle Emerald 386 (same principle as FRO in Emerald, Battle Frontier included) or Flora Sky next, they both look really good.

Hm, I think Sapphire was probably one of my favorites but I've liked pretty much all of them. I definitely haven't been into the last one quite as much though. Something about Black and White just doesn't give the game the charm that I usually associate with the games.

My favorite is probably the originals, but I've barely been able to play it :(

>.>" I'll play black/white when they get cheaper

I greatly enjoyed the gold and silver games, and was over joyed when they remade them for the DS. I have played atleast one version of the game for each new generation they came out with. I'm currently playing my Heart Gold copy trying to get my entire party to level 99.

Show me a picture of any of the original 150, and I'll be be able to name it and even to say what type most of them are. I'm such a PokeNerd...

Anyway, my brother has Crystal, Red, Ruby, and Sapphire. He's also borrowing Yellow from a friend. I have Leaf Green and actually just bought Diamond three days ago. I am LOVING it. I'm so happy they brought back the clock, night and day, AND secret bases! O: Those are the three things I wished for so much...

And the Poketch is great too. I love doodling on the Memo Pad. I can't figure out how to work the love/friendship meter one, though. If you tap an empty place, they jump. You tap them, they make a noise. ? Not very entertaining.

It's similar to Ruby/Sapphire with a base to call your own, except the bases are all underground instead of in trees and bushes. Truthfully, I kind of missed bases being in the overworld and fighting, instead of in their own special place with gem trading/mining. With Wi-Fi it would've been neat, just walking along training and SUDDEN OPEN CAVE. Then cue battle of the century with the person you just got a pokemon from the GTS with.

Ah. In R/S, there were places in walls/trees/bushes etc, that you could use the move Secret Power on. They revealed a special space in-game (size and shape depending on where you did it) to make a sort of "home." You could set up decorations such as plushies and statues... pretty much whatever you wanted, and when you shared records with a friend their base would appear in the game where they made it. When you walked into the base, you could challenge them to a battle.
