Am I the only one who seems to get screwed over by steam?
They seem to have all of their big sales when I have no money.

They do know.

Though their good sales are predictable, seeing as how they are normally holiday based. Save for those times and you should be good. :p

something similar happened to me i brought globle agenda when it was not free) for £20 then the Very next day it went down to £5..... then it became free T_T

That happened to me with Team Fortress.
I had gotten it before it went free and I just got super ticked off.
Same thing was Mass Effect. siiiigh.
