So I started a rougey khajiit character the other day.
I pickpocket everyone, it's awesome. It sucks when the pickpocket messes up though and you get a bunch of angry people after you.

Bard's Leap Redoubt is a Suicide Clifff for Skyrim. Survive the jump, and the bard's ghost gives you helpful stat boosts. The trick is to use your Etheral Shout at its maximum power. (all 3 words)

I was only able to get into Blackreach after starting a quest from a crazy old Mage north of the Mages college. If you go straight north of it, you will come to an ice berg with a small wooden door. Go in there, not sure if you have to have other quests related to the mage college done or not(I just remember asking the librarian dude for some books on something, getting this "Crazy Something-or-other Book", and then asking who wrote it, being sent there). But it is worth a try. As for the actual access to Blackreach, I had to go through Alftand, though there are other ruins that reach there(apparently).

Edit: I just checked, and the tower you exit from is part of the main quest, so you need to progress through that until you need to go find a scroll.

Yeah...I kinda gave up trying to go through the main quest for now...even though I finished most of the side quests, I can still do the Dark Brotherhood assassination things(always someone to kill).

I hate the current part of the main quest, I walk 10 steps and there is 2-3 Dragons, 3 Drauger Deathlords, and who knows what else(died after seeing just those 5-6).

Yeah... I'm mostly not even past going to high hrothgar..

I heard the storyline is rather short and disappointing. O.o

I havn't gotten that far into the main quest line, mainly because there's so much other stuff to do, but I thought it was pretty good so far.

I'm thinking I might be near the end of the main story, but even so with all the side quests you can unlock just by reading books, talking to people, or walking into certain areas, there is so much to do that you can literally start the game, get to the first town, then do side quests for over 50hours(which is what I did) and be almost level 60 by the time you decide to work on main quest.

All of the quest lines are very disappointing.. To me; the Dark Brotherhood especially. Bah~

Yeah, the ending of the Dark Brotherhood quests was really stupid. Though...the armour I got from it would have been nice if I actually had enough points in Sneak and Pickpocket.

You can always make different characters and have them go different routes in the game.

Yeah....but until I completely finish the game I don't really feel like making a new character, I would get side tracked too easily.

That what I did, my firsyt character (Oblivion) was good then when I was done with the storyline I went back and made an evil character.


BTW I found a vid that tells xbox users how to mod Skyrim. Seeing as I don't have the game I haven't tried it.

Semi-related, I made a little doodle for Arkkath and I's 6-month anniversary of going out, 3 days after Valentines' Day, and it may have some relation to Skyrim. I'm dying to show it off, but I know if I post it to any of my sites he'll see it. ._.

I have 3 characters at the moment.
Nord Warrior, heavy armour, dual wielding Mace of Molag Bal and Chillrend.
High Elf Mage, Archmage robes + other destruction mana cost reduction gear, using chain lightning, thunderbolt or incinerate
Khajiit Rogue, Nightingale Armour, dual wielding Mehrunes Razor and a daedric dagger, sometimes I use illusion spells though

I havn't gotten very far in the main story with any of them, but all are about level 40 ish.

Well I heard modding the 360 is illegal, and I don't want anyone to actually get in trouble, I haven't done it myself. Since modding is hacking. I think? Unless I'm wrong here?

Hmmm...well appearently some people are saying no, and then they're saying if you modded a save file you wouldn't be able to use it on the 360 'cause it may crash or something..or not work..I dunno though haven't tried myself. I figure since you own the console it shouldn't be, unless you do it to change your stats or whatever.

Meh.. I'm not really interested in moding my game.. Other that custom clothes and marrying certain characters I don't care.

Same here, most of them are talking about stats I think, but I think you can with some programs but it'd be easier to just get the pc version and do it I think, you can always wait for the price to drop and do that I guess O-o

Apparently you'd have to modify the xbox internally or whatever, but from what I heard that can screw up the thing, so I wouldn't try it.

If you're wondering about modding on a console, it's basically the same as jailbreaking a smart phone to make it do what you want. Doing so is illegal and should anything happen to your console, you won't be able to get it fixed by official sources.

That's what I kinda said, so I'm just gonna get the pc version~
