I think that bird dating sim is probably the weirdest thing I've seen to date to be honest... but I would rather watch someone play it...

the demo was amusing. the different paths were amusing. but i still stand by my statement that the true ending/path was just...strange. lol

Nanaca Crash was kind of odd, and addicting.
I remember playing an otome dating game called Hatoful Boyfriend, where you date pigeons(with pretty human portraits).
There's also Katawa Shoujo where you date disabled girls.

Katawa Shoujo wasn't weird was it? I thought it was pretty normal (besides coming from the depths of 4chan)

I would say the "weirdest/unique" game I have played that first comes to mind would have to be, W.T.F. (Work Time Fun) for the PSP. Also many many years ago, Riana Rouge. It is a Myst like game but horribly done and an adult rated game.
