I left as soon as I finished as I know my connection can be iffy some nights and I didn't want to lose what I had done. I meant to pick up the frog suit for you as I see you like frogs and I believe I got the last pieces for it. Let me know if you need and if nothing else I can try to pass it to someone who may bump into you often. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to meet up again with you. Let me know what other furniture/sets you're looking for.

I'll have to peep at my catalog again and see, but I think I've got all of the frog outfit parts now. Dunno what I'm doing with furniture for sure. I wound up putting my Regal stuff in a museum room because there was so much of it. I'm trying to make my house rooms bigger before I resume collecting sets, for now. Just have to force myself to visit the island at night a few more times.

Has anyone else noticed that villagers seem to give you better stuff once you've been given their portraits? I've been gifted two non-counterfeit paintings and a throne by one of my portrait pals -- I just realized that the throne costs 800,000 bells!

BellyButton: It's understandable how you don't want to take the chance with it! It would get so annoying having them ask that all of the time! I'm sick of animals telling me that I should take a break. D:
WOAH! That's some sweet loot you're getting from them. I definitely need to work on getting a picture.

@Belly - Holy cow! I've had Olaf give me a couple of non-counterfeit paintings, but he never gave me his picture. How do you get pictures from your residents? I want to start collecting them...

@Izumi - You just have to keep doing things for them until they love you. I read that, when they ask you for furniture, giving them something that's been recolored nets you bigger a relationship boost. Also that with bugs/fish, the rarer ones yield more luff. Saying Hi to them every day, writing letters, not standing them up for house visits (which I'm terrible at, ugh), all seem to help too.

@Wonderlands - I hate that too! Sometimes I forget to save & quit the game (just close the ds) and all I hear the next day is how my eyes look puffy and I should really rest. I'm playing your darn game Nintendo, why are you dissing me?!

I just have to say i'm glad it's almost friday, tomorrow is an off day for me and i"m going to clean house and play AC!

I'm going to kick my feet up and play AC too. :D

I gotta work on my relationships. I'm really horrible about standing them up when making dates to visit or them visit me. I should probably just tell them no when they ask unless they come over right away.

Also, I've been going through stretches where I only do the basics daily and will go a week without speaking with them. I'm sure that doesn't help either. :/

I'm not good at keeping play dates either. I mean well, but I always forget.

I'm going to try and stop out to McD's today to try and get the item currently out. Not sure as a lot planned this afternoon.

I'm going to leave my gate open while I get Kaleb ready for kindergarten, I left the pie and some persimmons for you by the train stain.

There are some items by my house that I ask that you don't take please, they are for another friend, and he hasn't had time to come over to get them. :)

I did get over to the other McD's in town, and it worked! I got the afternoon tea set. It's a shame as the other McD's is technically closer, but for whatever reason the wi-fi doesn't want to pick up when we go over there. I mean it realizes there is a Nintendo Zone, but it won't let me connect to the app or in game to download the item.

I'm sorry for disappearing like that on you earlier. Like I had said in game my husband had just woken up, and we were expecting my mother in law to pop in rather soon. I was on my way to wrapping up relatively soon, but resetti popping up just made me wrap up faster. I'm so glad you saved just seconds before. We seem to have connection issues a lot, don't we. :(

Yoo, I got my copy of New Leaf recently, and I'm looking for more people to do island stuff with & who don't mind me buying up the stuff in their shops. I also have all the fruits, so if anyone is missing any, hit me up and I'll get a basket ready.

~ as for the game itself, I think this is my fave installment of Animal Crossing. Yes its still simple but it expanded on the earlier stuff that made it great and added a bunch of stuff people wanted. <3
its a good time waster for an hour or so and I think my fave thing to do is look at people's houses. XD

Ohhh it's easy to waste a whole day playing it...there's SO much to do.

I need to get back into AC more; as it stands, I've only got enough time at the moment to do my dailies for my two townspeople(money rock, find the mineral). I need to start hitting the island for awesome bugs more often.

(edit: off-topic: I recently traded in my copy of HeartGold for 27 bucks in credit, and ended up buying a poster. And or another 15 bucks or so, I get a copy of Pokemon Y. )

Ohhh my hubby and I need to preorder our copies of Pokemon. We're definitely excited about it!

Today I found I can style my hair with boy cuts! I also finished collecting all of my jokes, and Dr. Shrunk taught me his dance and gave me his jacket to wear. I also got a messy cut. I look so boyishly cute. <3

I also ended up making two extra neighbors since my stepdaughter isn't interested in playing, and I could use the additional storage. Not only that but Katrina came to town and I wanted to make sure that I visited her as after you visit her 20 times she opens up her own permanent shop.

Another thing is Gracie has been wandering my town and I need to impress her 4 times to get her to move in, which will unlock my final upgrade for TIY to the emporium. Can't wait to get that in!

I've been so busy with college work, that I reallly haven't had time to play. Along with running all over town taking the boys to school. I'm regretting taking three classes, it's too much. Next semester I'm only taking two again.

Sounds like you have your hands full, llonka!! I can understand some though as with having my stepdaughter move in all the sudden it feels like there just isn't enough hours in the day. Between trying to work full time, take care of the house and a kid...

It's funny you said something about ordering a coffee. The past two times going to McD's for the items we'd get a couple things from the value menu. When I finally got the tea set I just pulled into the closest spot in the parkinglot, fired up the game and got my item then left. I should of started it up as my husband for an extra, as you never know there may be someone here who couldn't make it. I'm probably going to do that for the next item, since I now know where a working Nintendo Zone is. I'm tempted to contact Nintendo and let them know that it isn't set up properly there. I would contact the store itself, but I wonder if it would really care.

yeah, I sure am ready for this semester to be over, I mean I like two of my classes, but the biology one is gonna kill me by December lol! I make three trips over to the boys' school everyday and that's already annoying.

I think Nintendo will fix it if you tell them. I think I remember seeing something on their website about it, I could be wrong though. I would feel bad for using their internet connection and not buying anything lol! I haven't gotten a tea set yet.

Oh no...I think the tea set finished up yesterday...I think the 7th was the last day for it. >_< I would drive down to my local one to check for you but I have about a half hour before I got to start work. Are you able to buy the McD's items from your catalog? If so I can order up another one to give you. (I have yet to check...)
