Izumi- It's not affiliated with nintendo at all but it's just called "ACNL Guide" by jruston apps for iPhone.. Can't remember if android has it or not. It lists fish and stuff and when you can catch them, it's super handy!

Is the August moon item available all day? I hope it doesnt end at 6pm, although being a moon event the moon won't be out yet..

The ACNL guide got a birthday wrong, it said Grouchos birthday was on Sept 15 but it is actually Oct 23 but that got me thinking that it may be different in other versions of the game as some neighbour names can differ.

I have Biff moving out on the 22nd if anyone would like to take him home with them? He's a hippo.

I think 10 is the limit. I read somewhere that the 10th has to come from wifi/Streetpass so if you have 9 villagers and none are from wifi then it may work? If you want to try you can visit tomorrow, which is the dy before he leaves. I think that is how it works.

I just downloaded that Animal Crossing app on my android phone and finished this morning doing all my cataloging. Now whenever I get something I check to see if it needs to be ticked off, and if I go to the store to buy something I can look it up and make sure that it isn't something I've had previously.

My biggest complaint about the app is that the nintendo fortune cookie items don't show up with the master list of furniture and items. It has its separate list. Then the other thing is that it sorts out socks and shoes into two separate lists, where the game just lumps both together. The latter issue was easier to deal with. Trying to figure out what Nintendo items I've already gotten is a pain.

I'm loving having this app though. I just wish it was somehow built into the game so that it kept track. Or there was a way to sync your game info with like say an official nintendo app to help you keep progress. Would be awesome.

I agree. It's hard to know whether you've got items especially which items in sets you have had. The app doesn't have flooring and wallpaper though, does it? That's what I need the most!

Flooring and Wallpaper are under "Other" in the furniture list.

I love Pietro, but his house placement is just ugh, he parked right in front of my town hall. <_< I redid my flower placement today and I realized how much I was troubling myself by accommodating his house's "needs" [lol]

Fuscia moved in right in front of the bridge I built. I wasn't too thrilled, but looking at the map and how things are spaced out, I guess she didn't have much of a choice.

I appreciate their idea of making house placements more random but I think I prefer just the old 'this place is vacant' style like they had in WW and CF. At least then you know they aren't going to building in the middle of something.
I've been pretty lucky with placements though.

And.. I missed the bug off. AGAIN.

I did the bug off today and got a honeybee chest and a mini butterfly table. Llonka -- you need either hun? I think you may of already gotten the honeybee chest if I'm not mistaken.

I also found out I'm super close to finishing the mermaid set. I just need the vanity, bed, and closet -- then I'm done. :3 Need to get checking on a regular basis now.

If you guys don't have this app I strongly recommend it. It's helping me buy only the items I need for my catalog. I was buying lots of duplicates.
