edit: OH YEAH. I ordered more trees last night and am going to keep a set on the ground by my train station, so if anyone wants to come over and hold them for a moment so they can go home and order some, let me know. I have both the festive tree and the big festive tree. [yes]

Of course, I splurged and bought the Reset Center for the town so I'll have to endure Resetti if I keep jacking up. But darnit, if having all my Snowpeeps be perfect for the Snowtyke is a thing, then I'm doin it!
I even had the guide with the pictures and everything trying to get things right, but ah well. I'll try again tomorrow~

I got a festive tree today too! [eager] Bought it and set it up in Retail, but haven't bought anymore because lazy.

Phew! I only had to reset once before I was able to get a perfect Snowmam. XD

I want snowmam so bad, i have a ton of snowflakes, today i made an imperfect snowboy. :( Darn it!

I just missed my chance at one. They keep spawning in weird angles for me. <_<

And a warning for people making their snow family. They can land in between tiles, so after you save or change zones they will teleport to a nearby tile. I almost lost some hybrids to a Snowboy!

Oh, I just heard something cool for those of you who StreetPass -- this weekend if you pass a Nintendo zone location, you can encounter people from all over the US rather than just the immediate area. National Streetpass Weekend!

But I completed my perfect snow family today! The Snowtyke is pretty cute. [lol]

I went to three different Nintendo zone locations over the weekend, where I normally walk away with 4-6 streetpasses each time, and got ZERO. [illgetu] I wonder if the shops had to manually do something (update?) for it to work and didn't.

Mine always asks for five snowflakes even though she's perfect. I thought it depended on how she was made, I dunno.

How is everyone liking the snow in their towns? I decided that I want to re-landscape Merlot. I'm not sure how I wanna do it but first I gotta get all those darn trees cut down. Anyone know how to get a golden axe?

You have to buy 50 saplings to get the golden axe. [drool]
I have one, and aside from it never breaking it's not all that amazing. I still rarely get special stumps with it.

I'm currently trying to get the golden shovel, which requires buying 50 bags of fertilizer. Ergh.

Poop... guess i better get busy buying saplings!
