I read about this not too long ago. It's a game where you are a human who attends a school for pigeons and dates them, from - you guessed it - Japan. I haven't had a chance to play it yet but I was wondering if any of you ever have.

Well.. I got as far as downloading it but felt too weird to install it, haha, so I deleted it.

One of our users, Keyori, started a play through on here and it was a blast. It wasn't finished though, so I had to track it down and try it myself [ninja] It is glorious.
I'm not too familiar with otome games and such, other than this. Something came up in my google play suggestions the other day and I'm kind of curious about it. I should down the actual otome game thread and pose some questions, actually...

You know... I loved its quirkiness. But not all of those birds were good choices. :(

But yeah, I only played a few rounds of the original version and there were plenty of... bad choices.

It was never finished, but it was fun, yeah. It will give you a sense of what you are in for if you haven't played it.

I'm pretty familiar with otome games, so I think I'm prepared. [rofl] I'll probably wait until after I've played to check out the playthrough though, cause spoilers!

Oh, it barely started before it came to a stop, but I thought it was useful because I wasn't familiar with otome games. If you are, you should be fine.
I just read it through again and now I'm scared to play because I remembered all the things that could go wrong [gonk]

I bought a copy of the game and just played it and I'm so happy. This game is a goram delight! I'm so looking forward to playing it again and pursuing all the birds. DATE ALL THE BIRDS!

"Goram" is the swear word from the show Firefly. Basically means "god damn" and is used the same way. ("Goram it, Mal, we're not doing this!") They used invented and Chinese swearwords in order to side-step Fox's censorship. :D

So, I love that all the birds refer to the MC as a hunter-gatherer, and since she's been going to school with them for a year already, she's gotten into the habit of referring to herself that way too. And also she lives in a cave. She never talks about that at all, except to sometimes mention that her "house" is cold and has no heating. [rofl] Doesn't she have a family or anything?

It kinda seems like maybe there aren't any other humans around anymore. There are still cities and cars and everything, but I like to imagine there was some kind of apocalypse (plague maybe) that wiped out all the humans, and the birds rose up to fill the void. Maybe the MC is one of the last people on earth! Who the heck knows! Who cares?! DATE ALL THE BIRDS!

Yeah, there's clearly a decimated human population. But I assume all their facilities are still around, otherwise how is she fitting into the buildings? Girl just likes a cave, I guess.
