so P.T. - Silent Hills is a newly released demo and of course, it's gonna be a game soon.
If you haven't seen the trailer, here you go. I saw people play the demo on youtube, and I sadly haven't played it myself. But, it was pretty creepy and silent hill-y as everrr. Super scary. I first found out when i saw a gif set on tumblr..and I was like- HEY is that DARYL?? [lol] Thoughts and expectations? :) Are you gonna play? |
It was SO surreal seeing those names come up in the teaser. It's almost unreal that those two would be working on a project together and even MORE crazy that it's a Silent Hill game. That said I'm excited for sure, even if it doesn't end up like any of the previous games, it will be neat seeing their take on the series.

We need previews like this. A demo that doesn't give away the actual game but gives you a heads up on the gameplay. Way better then pre-rendered trailers. Also I will say this is a PROPER horror game.

... While I realize that the teaser won't reflect the finished game, as a huge Silent Hill fan, i've been kinda obsessed with P.T. for the past week. I don't have a PS4 ([gonk]), but i've watched at least twenty different 'let's play' by twenty different gamers. In English, German, Chinese, Spanish, etc. I just enjoy following people through the experience. And it's fun to find something different the last person didn't. ... Man, I wish I had a PS4. Again, the demo may be just showing off the Fox engine, but i'm excited to see where Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro is going to take Silent Hill. And a fanboy can just hope that maybe, just maybe, Akira Yamaoka will come back on board. <3 |
Yeahhhhh I wonder if this place will appear as an Easter egg in the real game though? Really excited! But I don't have the guts to play LOL cries...I really love that there were so many ways to get through the p.t. as well!

That would be killer if the hallway was included in the final game. ;D My obsession with P.T. continues. I have since watched more than a hundred people play the demo on Youtube. I enjoy the reactions and watching them get scared. [twisted]

The demo was amazing to play. It doesn't do it justice to watch someone else play it. You HAVE to experience it for yourself. I wish I owned a PS4 to play it again, but I did so at a friends house and I'm excited to actually seee what they do with this!
