Well I had read that if you keep it in your vault it can't spread. So that's what I'm doing.

Seems a bit puzzling as to why it's valuable if it's only for a few days. You don't want to level beyond the level which you can command them anyways. I had to disable the leveling thing cause a few pokemon are coming up on lv 45... and I'm capped at 50 until I can beat this third island.

I beat all the islands and the elite four awhile ago, I'm just working on filling the dex now.

I wonder when pokemon bank will be updated to work with sun/moon.

I didn't catch pokerus for the first time until after I had beat the elite 4 in Sapphire so it worked out for me. I've honestly never really used it to my advantage though.
I think I heard something about March but I'm not sure.

Same here. Even if I have all the old ones in the bank I've been trying to catch all the pokemon in each area. [yes]

I've been focused on trying to get that vulpix. Though I'm mostly wanting 6 lv 45 pokemon so I can wipe through the next area and maybe finally get this island finished. [lol]

I got an extra Eli if you want to trade for it? I hear you can't get it otherwise until after you complete all the islands.

I'm at the main story part with cosmog now. I think I'll be getting the legendary soon...

Did you already complete the trials? I remember looking it up and saying it's in that area near the thrifty supermarket that was closed off because they were preparing for the pokemon league?

I want to say the vulpix is up the snowy mountain. That's pretty much the main (if not only) place to catch ice types.

I have a few extra vulpix if anyone needs/wants one!

Hello toohsie! I love the new vulpix, so cute! Also today I realized I've been writing alolan wrong this whole time. [blush]

I haven't finished the trials yet I don't think? I think I'm on the 4th island? How many islands are there? o.o

I believe there are only 4 islands but what the googles told me when I looked up how to get Vulpix was that you had to have finished all the trials. IDK, google it?

A friend of mine got the vulpix earlier than that though is why I'm confused [lol]
Maybe they encountered a bug in the game?

Pretty sure you do have to finish the trials. There's a path through a snowy mountain that leads to the elite four. You have to have Sun to encounter them there. Sadly I have moon so I've been having to rely on GTS and Wonder Trade. Thankfully I managed to finally get a Vulpix with the snow warning ability and great stats + nature to boot.

I just evolved my alolan vulpix to ninetails. ^_^

Snow warning? what's that do?

I looked it up. It makes it hail when vulpix comes into battle I believe. My vulpix has the other ability.

Oh I see. I don't care for weather effects. All my pokemon have 4 different types of moves except my Raichu... had to have that volt switch owo
